Good: Massage and massage therapist (Wal) were great. Room had the perfect temperature, lights and sounds. Massage had the exact pressure I requested. Grounds are very beautiful and the Euazone where you can get tea, cupcakes and coconut water is super nice and relaxing. Cupcakes were some of the best I had. Bad: One of my first questions was if... the scrub and massage was excellent. I enjoyed sitting in the garden and reading then a stop by the jacuzzi with rain and changing colored lights before a visit to the sauna.

We have been anticipating a stay here since it took over for the exclusive first class Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans where we had our anniversary. It did not disappoint. The amenities and arrangements are still just as luxurious. We will be back for a longer weekend soon.

The Eau Spa is so gorgeous and relaxing. The staff is magnificent! They are always asking if you need anything, like champagne or water. They offer services from head to toe. The inside spa areas are spotless and beautifully decorated. The outdoor garden area is heaven! Do I have to leave this heavenly estate??

The Eau spa has everything we were looking for and then some. A champagne toast at the wishing well was a great way to start our experience. A knowledgeable and engaging staff made us feel special as soon as we walked in the door. Thank you Barry and Catherine for going above and beyond. You two ladies are fabulous.

I have been to this spa 3 times now. Whenever I visit the area I make it a point to spend some time at this property. The Spa is fantastic; all the massage therapists have been very good and the spa area, hotel grounds and restaurants are incredible. This is not the type of spa that you to for a... More

Very nice spa! My masseuse (I think her name was Kay) was great, very professional and nice. I love that you could stay in the spa after your treatment and enjoy all the amenities like the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and outdoor area. Very clean and beautiful. They even offered me the special of the month when originally I would... More

We're staying on property at The Eau ( former Ritz Carlton ). Beautiful resort with wonderful amenities. We just completed a couples massage that was spectacular. Excellent masseuses. Within the Spa there is a soaking pool, steam room, steam shower and lockers. There is also an indoor and outdoor Lounging area. We've thoroughly enjoyed the visit. We decided to stay... More
