Lovely!!

Went to Madeira Beach for the day and it was a really nice clean place. We went to a shopping centre called Johns Pass with shops on stilts and it was really very nice.

We loved Madeira beach. This beach was very clean, not over crowded, and relaxing! You can easily find sand dollars here.

Why when there are nicer, more accommodating beaches all over? Indian rocks is nicer, honeymoon island, ft Desoto, etc... All nicer than mad beach and with showers and picnic areas and bathrooms. Sand key, St Pete,... And on. We loved Mad beach and living near by would go often. But the last few times have only been a parking nightmare.... More

Yes, it's a lovely beach with white sand, blue sea, lots of sunshine , etc., but what else is there? Not much, and it's mostly scruffy and downmarket. A great beach has a pier (like the one on cocoa Beach), with bars and restaurants ... Sorry, but it's not for me.

Wide white sand, very beautiful. The area (the road up and down in front of the resorts) is loaded with restaurants and things to do. We found nice restaurants within a 3 mile limit very easily. Loved not needing to spend lots of time in the car after getting there. The area seems to be populated by very sweet people,... More

This is a beautiful beach with crystal clear water. There are many access points along Gulf Blvd and wasn't as crowded as other beaches nearby. Love it here!

Probably the best place in Madeira Beech is John's Pass. This is kind of a mall/marina. There are some 100 different shops, and a marina were you can do short trips (Pirate Ship, Dolphin Quest, rent wave-runners, or do para-sailing. It's located at Gulf Blvd and 129the street just before you cross the Draw bridge if you are travelling south.... More

Nice beaches, not crowded, so close to John's Pass and any sort of shopping or dining you would ever need.

Madeira is a beautiful beach for a family vacation. There is a lot to do in the area with Johns Pass (the boardwalk) being right there. The beach was very clean the ocean was just perfect.
