Hate not to give an excellent rating but cannot do so when the woman running the office became argumentative...more concerned about charging the $4 per minute overage for In-laws who were not back after 45 minutes and could not be located.
Once they were found, the woman was still argumentative, was bound and determined to collect her money BUT attempted to charge us incorrectly and wanted to argue.
Will not use this place again as a result.

Great experience, were able to provide my elsedy daughter with the opportunity to take a quick examination to prove competency meaning she could take a jetski out herself.
Passengers were free and you get an hour to go out in an area a mile to the west and 2 miles north, which is plenty.
They are sensitive about damage to the machines and you can see why, its their livlehood, a damaged machine can't be taken out and the things are made of fibre glass.
Staff were good humored and knowledgeable.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Very friendly & welcoming staff. We did not have a reservation but Jordan made it possible for us to get 2 Jet-skis within the hour without issue. The highlight of my vacation & will definitely return.

i was there on 7/28/2020, my friend and I saw the $59 advertisement and thought it would be a fun thing to do. Once we arrived, we went up to the counter to check-in. They provided us with paperwork to sign, as well as the study guide for the water test in order to drive. While on the water, there were several other jet-skis out there, which were producing waves. As my friend and I had stopped to see how much time we had left, one of the waves pushed her jetski's front end into the side of mine. This created a small chip in the paint. When we returned they looked at the ski and said that they would go see how much they were going to charge me. Angela then came back with my total, $480. I was told this fee was to cover the repair,as the jetski would need a whole carbon fiber repair. She charged this to my card that purchased the rental. After she billed me, I tried to get a print out of everything for my records. I asked for her to write a note saying "this will be repaired out our convenience", a copy of the bill for the repair, and a copy of the paperwork that I had signed. I was told no to all of these and told that I would get an email. The only email that i got was just a email showing my total for the damage and the ski rental ($76 and $481). It was apparent that there were numerous other scratches on these skii's that were not repaired. I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend anyone to ever use them. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE $59 AD. They will get your money some how.

Sorry you were involved in a minor accident causing damage to the rental equipment. Repairs to any expensive equipment or vehicles usually does not end up being cheap. This is why we stress during safety instructions to never be within 100ft of another vessel. Unfortunately accidents do happen and repairs have to be made. Charges for fiberglass repair and paint were collected and finalized. Emailed receipt was provided. As far as the hourly charge of $59. This is the early bird rate at 9am everyday. This does not include sales tax or the charge for a temporary boaters license because you did not have one. Temporary Boaters license is offered for $3 plus tax. Looks like you also booked online and paid a minimal booking fee for this service to a third party online. No false advertising here!

We also had an experience where a younger driver seemed to be targeted for a damage fee. Before pulling out, concerns about broken mirror and storage compartment were brushed off. Attendant didn't let them circle anything on the form and told them the broken items would be no big deal & just to sign. From the shore, I heard the safety spiel the larger group before ours got. Then I heard what my family was told. It was half as long, maybe. Our briefing included nothing about what directions to go and where safe zones were. No maps were shown. Questions were brushed off as "no big deal."
After the ride, and as soon as the teen driver (who like his dad has boating license and multiple years of experience driving power boats & PWC at home) returned his machine (but before his dad could pull in) the employee practically jumped on him saying he'd caused a crack. Mind you, in a location on the craft that people step on to board it, where wear is common, and so quickly that they couldn't have seen something so small from a distance. It seems like this company is gaining a reputation for targeting younger drivers and charging exorbitant fees.
Normally we check TA first, but this was a last minute decision so there wasn't much chance to research in advance. Another sketchy thing is that this company seems to have like 3 business names that they use on various forms, charge receipts, website, etc. so it is hard to know who you're really renting from to compare reviews. We've had good boating experiences in John's Pass before, but this company really turned me off to returning for anything like this again.

Staff was great. Online reservations was fast and easy to do. The staff explained the operation of the jetski in detail asked for questions. The day I went there was a small craft advisory so we were unable to go out into the Gulf. I had a 2 hrn rental since the Gulf was off limits. We were only allowed o the inercoastal. Because of that they offered me a choice of the full 2 hrs or 1 hr then and another hr on the next day or the would refund 1 hr if I only used 1 of the hrs. The choise was mine. Told them would play it by ear and they agreed. I ended use the whole 2 hrs and had a great time.

I don’t recommend this place!! Stay away from this place! We rented three jet skis for an hour and when we returned the jet skis and was about to leave when a guy who worked there came running over to me and asked what we hit. We told him we hit nothing as we were in the middle of the ocean where there is nothing to hit. He showed me a scratch on the side of the jet ski. This scratch was one of 20 or 30 scratches on the jet ski. I told the guy we didn’t hit anything and he stormed off and didn’t say anything. We left and when I checked my credit card later they had charged me $500!! They never went over this amount with me before we left. What kind of business just randomly throws a bogus charge of $500 on a customer’s credit card?? And the funny thing is that I noticed a big piece of white duct tape on the side of the jet ski before I went out on it and I asked the worker what that was all about. He told me they put white duct tape over any scratches or use white out to cover them up. Yet they tried to charge me $500 for a bogus scratch!!! Beware of this place!!! Con artists!!

I have utilized this business many times over a decade or more and never a bad experience. The business rents Yamaha waverunners. You will work through the standard state regulatory requirements, liability disclaimers and security deposit before riding. Once you get on the water, get ready for fun. You will likely be directed into the gulf, but you can usually ride in the intracoastal by request. The intracoastal has a view of many nice homes but requires passing through a slow zone to get to the main channel. Obviously, there are no speed restrictions in the gulf, but the water can be quite choppy in the afternoon. Repeat business is often rewarded with a discount. Highly recommended!

Fast and friendly staff gave clear instructions. WaveRunners were new and well maintained. Plenty of open water to feel safe with kids riding. I accidentally booked 4 WaveRunners instead of 4 people and we only needed 2. They immediately said “no problem” and refunded me without me even asking!

The jet ski experience was amazing, the customer service… not so much. The people who helped us board our jet skis were very nice, but the owner and the male behind the counter and who did the quick training talk were both very rude. When asking about safety of the free lockers provided, we were told the lockers were ALL unlocked by the same two master keys. These keys are just handed to customers to unlock “their locker” assuming they only touch their locker. Mind, they announced that these keys were master keys, letting everyone know they unlock all the lockers. While trying to gather more information on how to maintain the security of peoples belongings, the young male working the counter AND the owner were very short and rude, to quote “you don’t need to use the lockers if you don’t want to” for sure, we don’t, but when simply asking for reassurance on security, responding so rudely is not necessary. Very disappointed in how the owner of this business conducted themselves when it came to concerns and questions. Doesn’t seem like a good place to go if you want to be spoken to like a human being.
