Shopping trip turned Surly
Aug 2018 • Family
Walked in here on one of our frequent trips to John's Pass. We were thrilled at the selection and prices on the merchandise lime windchimes and tree faces. Howeber, rinig8ng the windchimes is apparently frowned upon by staff. We were ringing them to see what they sounded like while.preparing to purchase. A male older staff person (owner?) Was very rude and commented how disrespectful ringing the chimes were. It's a windchime shop. People will ring windchimes. Super rude. If I had my wits about me, I would have put our purchases back and let them know they lost a customer. Unfortunately, being the Midwesterner that I am, I apologized and bought a few items for almost $100 total. We will never be back there. Good luck with an old grouch in the store.....

These Make Great Gifts!
Dec 2017 • Couples
Windworks is one of those irresistible shops full of brightly-colored whimsical creations that catch your eye.

You can’t help but think about where you could hang one. I bought a few gifts for Friends who invite me to Pool Parties every year.

Every trip to the Village must include a trip to Windworks. It is a small shop but it is always full of neat things to see from kites, pictures to lots of odds and ends. The rear of the shop has the wind chimes which are sized from smaller metal and wood ones to the large pipes which make such a mellow sound. Only down fall is that the shop is way down on the end of the Village but if a person looks for the pirate statue, just walk around it and there is Windworks.

Soothing Sounds
Dec 2016 • Couples
Years ago I had bought a cute little wind chime from Florida. Over time, however, the weather took it's toll on it. This little shop has ever type, size, sound, etc of wind chimes imaginable. Their prices vary, depending on size, etc, and they also have other little trinkets for the garden and outdoors. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well.
