This was my first time parasailing so I was a bit nervous, but the two employees on the boat made us all feel relaxed and safe. The parasailing was an incredible experience, and the employees on the boat genuinely wanted to hear about each of our experience's which was exciting to talk about. I have some trouble going from sitting to standing, so I was a bit worried that when coming back down I would struggle to not only land standing up on the back of the boat, but also be able to support myself standing while they unclipped me. He told me not to worry and I felt like I could believed him. Sure enough when we came back down my legs buckled underneath me, but the employee was right there to help me stand up and made sure I had the railing to hold onto while he unclipped me. At no point did I feel like I was going to fall off the boat!
If your afraid of heights this doesn't feel the same as going to the edge of a cliff, onto a bridge, to the top of a tall building, on a tall rollercoaster, or even ziplining. I've done each of these and during this while I was floating in the sky I never felt dizzy or like I could fall and crash to the ground, even when the cut the engine and allowed you to "free float" down for a little bit, it was such a slow descend it felt like you were swaying in the breeze.
