Nice Gardens

It is off season so flowers were limited but the gardens are nicely taken care of and a very nice staffed information area which would answer any questions related to plants.

Its a beautiful place to walk around and enjoy the plant life, and its free, what's better than that? There are beautiful trees and plants throughout. You get to learn more about the trees and plant life that is so abundant in Florida. My toddler enjoyed running around on the paths. Its a nice beach alternative. My only complaint is... More

This park is absolutely fabulous. It is free and you walkthrough gorgeous and sculpted Garden Pathways. You can sit and contemplate alligators on benches or explore the plant life in the area. The volunteers of this park do such an excellent job and this is definitely a great place to take your family and friends too see if you ever... More

Every time I have a new visitor, I bring them here! Especially if they have a love for the beauty of nature. Such a beautiful place. I've been to the Sunken Gardens, and this one tops it. They have relaxing places to sit just to read a book. They have a small little gift shop. And you definitely need a... More

Visited here several times over the last few years. I always found something new and interesting to see. Staff there very friendly and helpful. Beautiful spot from wedding pictures. Always the place to take young children and family during the Christmas . The light display are gorgeous.

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to the botanical gardens! They are beautifully landscaped and have informative signs. Well worth the visit! Would be a great place for couples, families, especially with young children!

This was my first visit to the Gardens and my wife's third. It is very impressive with all the plants and flowers labeled by small signs and descriptions. We went there for our exercise given the length of the walkways and the nature trail. There are birds, butterflies, a couple of bat houses as well as the warning signs about... More

Hidden gem! Any time of year - but especially so during Christmas with all the lights, and in late spring before the heat of the season.

I have visited the garden twice and both times I was very impressed. Don't miss the holiday light show in December. You will be amazed at how beautiful the gardens are at night.

The gardens are along side of water which adds to the serenity. Its well maintained with a large variety of flowers, cactus, succulents etc. A must see for the Christmas lights too
