Once you figure out where to park, it's a bit disappointing to see just how small the actual entrance to the beach is. It's not easy walking. If you proceed on the steep sidewalk toward the life guard stand, then you'll enjoy the view.

You are on a Florida beach and you expect it to be nice and it was. The ocean was pretty rough for the three days we visited. There is a coral/rock shoal parallel and close to the shore that is difficult to navigate when the waves are turbulent…be careful. Huge loggerhead turtles would come up at night, dig their nests,... There are too many rocks in water at this beach, too dangerous to go in if a little rough with all the rocks all along the beach. Not a real safe beach to swim in with all the rocks. The other thing I did not like about this beach is that they do not have showers, just hoses to spray... More

All the beaches along the coast of Palm Beach County are pretty much the same on the water. The difference is the access and parking accommodations. This beach is a bit of a challenge to access and the parking is below average. The beach itself is perfectly fine and not any different than the others. There seem to be more... More

It is great to see the sunrise if you have no interest in walking the beach. The sand has as good as disappeared with beach erosion.

Visited the beach a couple of times, however it does not have much sand area for sunbaking / playing etc. Best to go a little further north to Palm Beach. If swimming, be mindful of the strong rips

After the last few years of erosion there's not much beach left here, and at high tide there's almost nothing. If it's not high tide it's a comfortable place to rest, and if you can bring a chair in the afternoon and actually be in shade on the beach if sit back near the seawall,

Lovely beach, it wasn't crowded at all. There were children and adults. It was a really nice day. This is a great beach to collect shells on!!

Love to take my family here to snorkel for a couple hours..it is close to our house and the beach is usually pretty quiet (empty). Love the reef and it is close enough to shore that we can all enjoy it together (youngest son is still learning to snorkel). Plus... I don't like busy beaches :) :) Age of kids:... More
