So, my wife humored me when I said that I wanted to see gators in the wild. The rest of our family spend $65 to go on a airboat ride through the swamp. She was a little shocked when we saw multiple BIG gators. They...More

For getting close to wild life this in my opinion is better than the everglades and no commercialism. You are on a 6' / 2mtr wide dirt track with a pool each side and an alligator watching you on both sides. no more than 10'...More

Lots of birds and wildlife including alligators. Definitely must respect their right of way. Some paths are paved, others just cleared and if rainy may have puddles. Bring water and hat for shade. The lake is a must-see!

Beautiful park full of nature. we enjoy birding here. A majority of people go here to see alligators. While that is not our cup of tea. There are plenty of alligators to see. The park is very busy and visitor chatter can get quite loud...More

Visiting Circle B Bar Reserve is a wonderful day trip for those who enjoy seeing lots of wildlife and original Florida scenery. Try to go early in the morning or late in the evening for the best animal viewing and temperatures.

This Reserve is truly exceptional! Tons of wildlife to see - gators, turtles, fish, and tons of birds. No facilities along the tra so plan accordingly.

I went to Circle B Bar Reserve to take photos of birds and wildlife. It was a magical place, featuring several different biomes. I went twice on my last trip, and I hope to go again.

Yes, the walking paths are safe. Most of the alligators are 15-20 feet away. If closer, you can choose to stay on the other side of path.

Yes you can get to the trail by going out the back gate of the circle Bar B (south) then head west to catch the trail. About a mile I would guess

A small part of the walk is paved, the rest is packed gravel and/or dirt, so it may be difficult with a standard wheelchair.
