Mostly crafts and homemade goods and foods. Although produce vendor
had great tomatoes, I would stop by just for that. The guy even bit into
one to show me how good they were.

I am new to the area and was looking forward to this market on Saturday. My old town had it on Wed...hello..we work Wed but I digress. They had produce but it seemed to take second place to homemade soaps, grilled food and the like. Also, just a pet peeve too many big dogs and pooping no less. Yes the owners scooped it but I am trying to shop for food people!

The Saturday Farmer's Market is highly recommended as a very pleasant way to start your day. Local produce, plants, and food vendors along with crafts are offered.

Lake Mary Farmer's Market is located off Lake Mary Blvd. between Country Club and 4th Streets on the City Hall grounds. It's open from 9 a.m. to 1:30 pm. There's an eclectic group of vendors including produce, hand-crafted toys, wildlife photography, food, deserts, plants, crafts, just about everything. A free Zumba class starts promptly at 9 a.m. It's a fun place to shop, walk your dog, play in the park, bike to, or bring a blanket and relax while enjoying your purchase.

My sweetie & I are staying in Lake Mary & this populated on TripAdvisor so we decided to check it out (about 1030a.m.). Not a lot of vendors (dog treats, jewelry, produce, crafters, etc) but interesting just the same. It was a little breezy out & cloudy. Since we were only there for the long holiday weekend, we didn't purchase any produce.
There was ample (free) parking around the area & we didn't have an issue finding one. Dog-friendly. There are also a lot of shops around to browse through one finished w/the Farmer's Market.

The Lake Mary Farmers Market operates on each Saturday morning, off of 4th Street in downtown Lake Mary...there are several vendors there each week. Selling fruits, vegetables and such. There are also other vendors selling flowers and plants, artwork, and other goods...

This is more like something you see at a fair. Every time I've been there, there was only 1 vendor who sold produce and it was pricey and not that good. Most of the vendors sell prepared foods. Very disappointing.

Loved that it is so close to the hotel and the merchants were so friendly. There were many great deals on so many things.. I wish the hours could be extended or additional days to be added so I can go more often..........

Located in the downtown section of Lake Mary, this is a full farmers market with everything you would want. I get my produce there from Morris Farms. Always fresh with good prices. They also sell sustainably raised beef, chicken, pork and eggs. Che Bella Cheeses is there with gourmet cheeses from around the world. I have several favorites; the Australian feta, the horseradish, the 5 year cheddar. Their cheese and a loaf of bread is pure heaven. Across from the market is Pierre’s Wine Shop, locally owned, great wines at decent prices! Ask Olivier to help you select a wine.

Very nice market, held between city hall and the pond, with restaurants across the street. I always get boiled peanuts from the vegetable stand, fresh bread from the bread stand and of course a stop by the cheese lady. The aged gouda is wonderful.

Does it open everyday? And what time?

In Florida there’s no requirement for sellers in farmers markets to actually grow the food. Many buy the food in Plant City.
