This place has the absolute worst service I have ever seen and the worst employees. You have a bartender posting a sign on the bar "Please be patient, I'm tired, have a headache and I'm lactating. (Photo attached below) I'm surprised it also didn't say please be quiet the baby is sleeping, being as though 2 employees bring their infant to work with them, like that is safe or normal! I even saw the one employee on a golf cart with the car seat carrier on the seat next to him with the baby in it and the seat can't be strapped in either. People pay entirely too much money to be dealing with this nonsense. Management needs to come in and clean house with this one, they dropped the ball big time. Hope the pictures help you!

Played on Wed 12/30/2020. Cost $55 plus tax. Course is not in good condition. Greens have no grass and are sandy. Fairways are all tight lies. Not worth the price. If you wanted a single cart it was an extra $25. Highway robbery. Florida is number 3 in the nation with covid cases. This used to be one of my favorite courses. Sorry to see it in such poor condition.

If you love overgrown bunkers, sand on the greens, and fairways that look like pastures, you should definitely play here.
Embarrassing they call themselves a private course but also let the public play because they probably have a total of 2 members.
Want to practice and go hit some balls? Sorry, members only but we’ll gladly take your money for a waste of 4 hours. It’s probably for the best though, because the driving range looks like something out of Caddyshack.

This use to be a very nice course. Not sure if ownership is quitting on this course but it is in terrible condition. I asked several staff members what is the cause of this course clearly in decline. They all mumbled but would not talk. Fairways have bare spots. Greens are almost gone. If action isn’t taken soon this course will be nothing more than a dog track.

The course is in horrible shape. Greens have so many large bald spots. The rough is full of huge clumps of all different kinds of weeds. Getting out of my cart on the cart path I tripped on a 6 inch clump of weed that was growing in the concrete. Views are nice but I won't be back.

Didn't think the course could be any worse condition that before it was to "go private" But again I was wrong. Weeds everywhere, bare spots everywhere. They should just paint a white circle around the course and say place your ball where you can find grass.

Timacuan is a very nice golf course. Greens are in tremendous shape and play fast compared to other local courses. Course has rolling terrain on the front side and a bit tighter and more water on the back nine. Hole #2 is perhaps one of the hardest holes in Orlando. On the back nine, 16,17 and 18 are a very good group of finishing holes. Overall, any golfer will really like this course as they have many tees.... unless you shoot less than 85 stay away from the Gold tees and you will have a good challenge from the blue tees...if you are are a 100 shooter the white tees will work great. At the end of the round, they have a nice clubhouse to grab a drink and a sandwich. Be warned, go the speed limit of 25 mph coming into the course as the local Lake Mary gendarmerie clock radar very often in this community.

Nice course. Not overly pricey. Well maintained fairways and greens. Club rental very expensive. For us Canadians, if you want to play this course bring your own clubs or rent elsewhere.

Great lay out best public course in Seminole county IMO. Lots of fun and challenging holes. Greens are always great. Good luck on hole # 2.

timaquan golf club has an extremely arduous process to either speak with someone or to get a tee time
When you call the pro shop you leave a voicemail, that will not be returned at all , you leave a message to get member services , same result,
you call the pro shop , finally speak with someone and they don’t have the authority or phone number to give you to get a time
then tell you to call back group golfer where they say times should be made anytime ……
when you call group golfer they say the property should not be disagreeable since you paid up front to play there and there are no restrictions ……
