My family and I have visited this theater multiple times over the last few years and months. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They're also the only theater in the area with reclining seats. However, those seats are in desperate need of repair as many of them are shredded and worn. Movie ticket prices and concession prices are what you'd expect at any theater, but paying such rates can be hard to stomach when you get to such a worn out seat.

Staff lack luster, uninterested in padrons. Electric recliners interesting but very run down and used. MOVIEPASS (frequent movie goer) staff had NO clue . This theater is located in Lake mary / Heathrow one would think it would be nicer.

My group waited 1 hr for the correct movie to be shown after telling lobby staff 3 different times. We asked to speak to the manager but they never came and was nowhere to be found. @AmStarCinema, what is your commitment to your customer

We drive a bit further to enjoy the comfort and benefits we get at AMC. The special price for seniors on Tuesdays with AMC stubs membership and rewards we earn help alot. We love the Dolby theater with recliner seats and better visual and audio effects

This theatre has recliners - super comfy to watch the movie. You can buy your tickets online and pick your seats ahead of time or pick them at the box office. Sound system is great.

Clean, nice and great seats. The seats are better than the ones you have at home. They are soft, recline and are just perfect. The restrooms are super clean!!

The theater has stadium seating and recliners for a comfortable movie experience...the only drawback is you select your seats when buying tickets, so last minute purchases may only have first or last row seats to choose from...

This theater has gone to a new format with assigned seating. If you get there at the last minute as we did a couple of times, there were no seats together, or the only available seating was in the first row. This theater is popular because of the recliner seating, so best to order your tickets on line or in the alternative, get there very early.

The remodeled Amstar allows you to pick your seats before hand, guaranteeing you and your family sit together! The chairs are all electric reclining extra large with soft leather. There are no blocked views and the whole experience is great. In addition, you can purchase wine and beer and let your teenager drive home!! I won’t go to another theater ever again!

It is very helpful when the people who don’t work there help us out my child was throwing up and I asked for a cup for him to vomit in and tried to give me a used staff members cup and then tried to make us pay for it this has been a horrible experience
