Wanted to give my 83 year old mother something to remember from our visit. This was the perfect option. Made reservations same day and were treated very personably and down to earth for the whole experience. The gal who arranged the reservation was also the airboat pilot and was great fun to be around. Thank you very much for the great memories.

Arrived about 10min late, the same woman that answered the phone, ended up taking us on the tour. It was myself and two cousins. So 2 adults 1 child (2yrs old). On the phone i was told the child was free.and of i used cash it was $45 pp, debit/credit it would be about $47pp. Unfortunately, i had my eyes on the 2yr old and didn't realize i was overcharged until.i saw my bank statement. Total $151.00. Again it was 2 adults and a 2 yrold..i also purchased a necklace that was labeled $10 inside the home. Either was it doesn't add up to $151.00. We did see a few small alligators, some pretty birds. It was a new experience, the bugs were really bad. 100s of blind mosquitos.

Made a reservation for 11:00 am. Got there early and called the office as the sign on the door said. No answer. Left a message. Called a few more times before we left at 11:30. No answer still. No one around. If someone makes a reservation, if you can't show up for it at least have the decency to call and reschedule. I read good reviews so that is why we decided to go there. My grandchildren were very upset and disappointed. Will not bother to try there again as they are obviously not concerned about customer service.

Loved it so much!! Didn’t see any alligators in the swamp but holding the baby alligators when we got back was worth every penny!! Our kids want to go back to see them again already!! ❤️❤️

We had such a great time!! We didn’t see any gators the first day and had to cut our ride a bit short due to lightening and they were so nice they let us come back a few days later and take a mini tour and we saw 3 gators on that tour!! It was so incredible holding the baby gators and learning about them! Our guide was very knowledgeable and you could tell she absolutely loves these babies!! Definitely worth the money and time!!
