    Pleasant photo op
Being in the area for a long weekend for the races at a nearby speedway, I looked for things to do during the day. The park was easy enough to find. There’s and elevated wood walkway (sorta like a boardwalk), perhaps a 1/8-1/4 mile long, that will bring you right to the falls. I mean, 10 minutes taking pictures there is more than enough, but I can see how it’s a relaxing respite for the local denizens.

    Lovely (but short) stroll
This is a wonderful place to visit. We drove 1.5 hours from Jacksonville, and although the trail was very short, we enjoyed our walk. The restrooms were sparking clean, and the playground was in good repair. The falls themselves were picturesque. The only complaint I have was that so many people have vandalized the boardwalk, but that's obviously not the park's fault. As others have stated, make sure you bring some bug spray - some of those mosquitoes are the size of Texas!

    Relaxing stroll
We had some time to kill after arriving at our hotel so we checked up on some local sights. This one sounded interesting and was only 15 minutes away. We drove there and parked. We walked the boardwalk through the marsh, following the signs that said FALLS. We got to an overlook, saw water gently flowing by but no falls. We went to the end of the boardwalk, still no falls. Reversing our walk, we took the other fork on the boardwalk and got closer to the creek. There were some rapids there but again, no falls. Apparently, the water has to be below a certain level to expose the falls. Because of resent rains, the creek must have been running too high. Despite not seeing any water falls, the walk was a pleasant one and the half hour or so we spent there was restful. There are a couple of pavilions with tables if someone wished to stay for a picnic. 2-11-2021

    Not worth your time
We stopped by there while waiting on friends to have lunch. The boardwalk was slippery due to being damp since covered by woods. No one else was there. The falls were barely trickling. I'm sure at one time it was beautiful but really not worth the time.

It's neat , just be aware of the natives.
Pretty when there's water! It's more like a branch than a creek. Not for swimming or even dipping your toes in. After you've trekked to the falls, be sure to have some fun with a "tick check" ! Seriously, you need to check yourself for ticks. Florida reptiles are probably present too. Hopefully they'll slither off as you near them. Cotton mouth's can be territorial and come in 72 flavors!! Meaning they will blend in to the area real well. Unike their neighbors the timber and diamond back rattle snakes, moccasins don't warn you of their presence like the rattlers will. hiking boots, good eyes on the ground and at the scenery. tick repellant and skeeter repellant would be appreciated when you get into it. I use a therm-a-cel when planning on standing still for a few minutes.

    Perfect travel stop!
I am always looking for places to stop and stretch my legs while on long road trips and this place was perfect! The stroller friendly trail was a quick, child friendly walk up to the waterfall. There was a nice park, lots of seating area and a restroom too! Also provided a quick history about Native Americans for my children. Overall definitely recommend.

    Been Here When...
...the falls were in full flow. Today it was a bit weak and not as impressive. However, if you come after a heavy rain, it's quite pretty, considering that it's hard to find waterfalls of any substance in Florida. Lot of history here, but you've got to search for it.

    A nice little park
The "hikes" are short with no elevation to worry about. There is a small waterfall at the end of the boardwalk. I suppose it is a large waterfall for Florida. :) There was a history lesson for me, reading the information boards by the parking lot. That lead me to a small church(by car) down the street with a very old graveyard. An interesting bonus.

    No Pets allowed
I would have given a rating of 5 except for the fact that I drove 35 miles to get there and then I see signs saying no dogs, no pets. That ticked me off. You would think they could at least put that on their web page. Duh!!! Other than that it is a very nice walk through a wooded area. Very pretty and peaceful.

Great place off I-10 to stretch your legs!
This very easy walk is stroller and handicap accessible. Bathrooms available at playground area. There’s a little loop walk - very quick. Also Falling Creek Church right up the road... all very pretty pleasant walk/ stretch of the legs - near I-10.

Nice quick walk to the waterfall. Only one I have ever seen in Florida. Picnic tables and restrooms as well for a stop not too far off the highway.

There's no waterfall. Trail was easy to walk. Not much to see. Weather was nice for Florida August Timeframe. Maybe more rain would produce a wayerfsll

Beautiful and just off the main travel. Never knew it was there.
Don’t forget to go see the church just across the bridge.
