- Russy3024Surrey, United Kingdom481 contributionsGood fun - not too challenging! We came here last week, the course was pretty deserted as it was late morning, so most people probably at the parks. It was reasonably priced for Florida, and the course was well maintained and interesting, without being overly challenging for our 11 and 9 year old kids. Liked the pirate theme and and the interesting pirate facts on every hole. We only wanted to play 18 holes, as it was so hot, but could have paid a small amount more per person to do the full 36 holes, spread over 2 courses (easier, and harder) Easy to find, easy to park, and right next to the Fun Spot America park next to the Kissimmee 'Old Town'. Worth doing if a couple of hours spare and fancy a break from Disney.Visited April 2023Written April 9, 2023
- ChocothundOkotoks, Canada13 contributionsAfternoon Golfing AdventureThe customer service was great! We took our kids there and they wanted the full 'special' package. We were totally convinced, but then the guy told us how we could opt out of a few things and save some money. Very fun course and we all loved it!Visited February 2020Written February 15, 2020
- DnSudds DLoganville, Georgia35 contributionsIt's mini golfStaff was friendly. Course was clean, had shade and bench seating. It had signs with the story about Blackbeard's journey. We did the hard course, on a slow day, and it was okay. We weren't rushed, which was nice. It was $15 for adult & $12 for child. If you wanted to do the other course after it was $7 extra. You do have to walk up and down steps and over small bridges (not wheelchair accessible). Overall a decent time on a hot day with a good breeze.Visited April 2022Traveled with friendsWritten April 7, 2022

We got to the place just before 9:30. The young girl up front seemed sweet. As we were paying and picking out our clubs we noticed that her 3 year old was there too hanging out with possibly the child’s father. A family of three came in as we were walking to the first hole. They were denied access and said they were closing. I could hear the dad get upset becuSe it was only 9:30. The sign says their open until 10pm. As the family walked away I observed their daughter in tears. My husband and I were on a date night but thought hey let’s give them our stuff since we hadn’t even started yet. We can always find something else to do. So we called them over and gave them our gear and headed out. Was the staff in a hurry to get out. I don’t know but I’m disappointed with this place. Your sign says until 10.

We played on an evening as a family of 4 and all had a great time.
Friendly staff, excellent quality, everything was immaculate, the place was pristine.
Lovely setting, great fun.
We did Blackbeard, the harder course, all 4 of us found it straight forward and enjoyable.
We’d highly recommend. Nice way to spend a few hours.

I’ve been reading through some of these reviews. People have their locations mixed up. This is Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf in Kissimmee. They have many locations with another in Kissimmee called Pirate’s Island. One reviewer mentioned something about International Drive. I don’t know where they played, but Pirate’s Cove is NOT on International Drive. It is however tucked back on route 192 just between Fun Spot and the Seralago Hotel on the east side of I-4.
We were staying at a nearby hotel which is how I found out about this location. I called to ask about prices and was told it was $11 for adults, $8 for children. Knowing it’s too expensive to take my family of 6, I opted to take my oldest daughter with me for something special for just the two of us.
When we arrived we saw the prices were actually $12 for and $9 for children. I think it was an honest mistake by the person who answered the phone. Perhaps prices recently went up. I miss the days of $4.50 putt putt though.
I checked their website for any coupons and found a St. Patricks Day coupon for $2 off per person which we took advantage of. However, I would recommend not only going on their website to look for a coupon, but click on the specific location you plan on going to. I just discovered I miss out on a “children play free” coupon for each paying adult! That would have saved me $9! I still wouldn’t be able to bring my entire family though with 4 children. I feel like large families are sometimes punished. Another reason to get your location right is policies and prices vary by location.
The course itself was very nice. They have two 18 hole courses. She asked which we wanted to play. I asked her if they were pretty much the same. She said yes, the only difference is one takes you in a cave and the other takes you on top of the waterfalls. We had the option to pay a little extra to do both courses but opted not to because of time. They have to be played at the same time, you can’t leave and come back.
The greens were in very good condition, free of trash. We went during the dinner hour so crowds were minimal. I would call the course a moderate challenge which I suppose is just right. I only saw one employee but she was very friendly and helpful. Someone left their car door open and she came around to all the guests to make sure it wasn’t one of us.
I wouldn’t mind coming back to try the other course, but I think I’d only do it with a good coupon. I’m not sure I’d want to pay full price, especially with so many other courses in the area to try. It can be pretty expensive for just one hour of entertainment which is what it took us.
I’ve included several pictures from our recent visit including the sign with prices, the greens, view, etc.

We arrived about 20 minutes before it closed. We thought it closed @ 11:00 pm. The attendant said she did not mind to stay until we finished. She said to us not to rush and have a good time. It was clean and she was super sweet and Professional

Had a fantastic couple of hours here, my daughter absolutely loved it, the course is great and in and out of the sun so you get a couple of minutes in the shade!
We upgraded $18 to include the alligator feeding, holding, arcade machine and panning for something, which my 7 year old thought was great

We go there every year on our Kissimmee trip. Jackie was behind the counter this year. She was both friendly and helpful. She set us up with the customer loyalty program. Jackie and her excellent attitude made this year's visit a great one. See you next year.

Kids and adults had a great time. The unlimited play is a great deal if you have some time. How much can I say about mini golf? Why does my review have to be 100 characters????

Lovely attraction; customer service is exceptional (we have a 3 year old that kept wanting to change the colour of the golf balls used during the games and staff were more than accommodating). Also, we saw Ken in the evening and he was wonderful and found our receipt for us from earlier in the day so that we could save on more golf as the same 3 year old decided that the first 36 holes were not enough and she needed to do more. Course is FUN and location proximity to Old Town and International Drive is great. Clean restrooms and great service - thank you!

We’ve taken our kids here when they were small a few times during our visits to Orlando. The girl behind the counter was very polite, and the place was clean. Always a great place to have some fun.
