Captain Dave really delivered. I’ve chartered in the Keys many times. I asked if my son and I could catch dinner then go after some hard pulling Amber Jack. Took the 6 hr trip. Left at 7 and had 9 Yellow Tail and a Mutton by 8:30. Would have had many more but the sharks kept taking our catch. We headed out to deeper water had a couple big mutton on but pulled off. Then a school of black fin tuna showed up. Dave had Charlie rig up a spinning rod and jig. In no time fish on. Once landed and next cast with the special jigging technique and #2 is in the boat. These are great fighters. Dave was constantly working the wreck and when no AJs moved to the next one further out. We dropped our lines and before they hit bottom we had a double. These fish pull like a tank. My son was up to bring one more in. Once again Dave put him right on top of the fish at almost 400ft of water. 3 x AJs and we were wore out. Time to head in. We are both serious fishermen have our own boats as well up north. Dave knows what he is doing. Has a passion for his business and his employees. The fishing gear and boat is in great shape. I highly recommend a boat like his 33 ft for going off shore. We certainly will come back.

We (myself and my 75 year old father) spent a day and a half with Captain Dave and his first mate Charlie. Captain Dave is very knowledgeable and precise - he put us on yellowtail snapper the first day (did well, but no limit) - as well as a big Amberjack and a King Mackerel (as well as a few eaten lines and one fish head).
Day 2 was a madhouse catching Mahi. Had a blast moving from one pole to the next to try to get them all in.
Charlie is a very motivated first mate - eagerly jumping around to follow Dave's instructions and our requests.
I'd recommend Captain Dave to anyone looking for a great fishing trip out of Marathon.

We had the best time with Captain Quinn and Charlie on our first charter in the Keys. Super impressed by the knowledge and experience they brought to fishing the reefs and wrecks. They made us and our two teenage boys comfortable with our first charter experience. We will definitely be back!

Captain Chuck ask us what we wanted to go hunting for and we said meat! He took us out hunting grouper and yellow fin snapper. Well let me tell you he is a man of his word. We caught our 2 grouper limit both over 30 lbs with one being a trophy size. Then moved on to yellow fin snapper. Bring an extra ice chest because we had to get another to fit all the beautiful fillets in! Over outstanding trip and would highly recommend.

Captain Dave, Mate Charlie and Captain Chuck exceeded all expectations
we took both boats and the fishing was Fantastic. Loads of Grouper, Huge Yellowtail snapper and many others made for an incredible trip.

Third times fish with Dave and Charlie . We always having a great times with him . I jigged 50 lbs AJ on the first drop my friends got his pb Mahi plus tuna + king . One of best Capt and very comfy boat handle tje sea very well . See you again next year !

Capt Dave and Charlie were fantastic. First time to take my wife offshore and she caught a very nice/first Mahi. Came in with 4 different species of fish, spotted a sea turtle and good size tiger shark cruising. Caught plenty of fish to take back to Texas. Boat and gear were in great shape. Other family booked him last year and recommended. Glad they did, had a blast. They know how to take care of their fishermen. Yes I would book again. Very personable.

This fishing trip was great. We targeted Mahi and they delivered! Captain Quinn and Charlie are very inviting and helpful. Charlie was great and worked hard the entire day. Captain Quinn knows how to find fish! If you want a great time fishing book here!

We were looking for a dog friendly fishing trip and Sweet Enuf Charters was just that. Capt Quinn and Charlie were amazing, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend! Just make sure to book the 6 hr trip. 4 hrs just goes by way to fast when your having fun!

Couldn’t ask for a better trip! Took a 3/4 day trip off shore. Capt Dave put us on the dolphin right away. We had non-stop action. The mate Charlie worked his tail off taking fish off and re-baiting lines so we could continue fishing. After limiting out on dolphin, we stopped at a bottom spot and caught a nice grouper, which ended up being dinner at a local restaurant that night. Capt Dave has a great, comfortable boat with all the gear you need! We are fishing again with Capt Dave and Sweet Enuf Charters later this week, and will definitely book with him again on our future trips to the keys! Thanks Capt Dave and Charlie for a great day!!! I'll be vacationing in marathon 3/15 -21 . I'm interested in tarpon . Are they biting?.

We caught two a few days ago. We have tarpon year round but the migratory tarpon should be there by the middle of March, hopefully.
