This was a fantastic tour with a supremely knowledgeable guide, Megan. It was astounding how much information she gave us and we were all impressed with her ability to answer every single question she was asked. It was the kind of tour that you feel good about giving your money to as it's a non profit and all the money... More

This is a marvelous place doing a wonderful work for turtles. You do need a reservation ahead of time to see the entire facility and there is a fee for the full tour. We did not have a reservation but one can still visit the store which has many exhibits with educational benefit as well.

We loved this place. Kids age 5,7,9. We made reservations in advance as we were there over Easter. About 1 and 1/2 total there. Small gift shop/visitor center where you check in was nice. Informative lecture and presentation really framed the rest of the tour. Saw all turtles with different conditions the lecturer described. They really nailed the whole thing.... More

We did not expect to enjoy this visit as much as we did. Learned a lot about turtles. Love the fact that part of the facility is outdoors. Not really suitable for very young children as you need to sit through a lecture - probably for about 20 minutes. Fascinating facts are imparted, though.

Nice place to visit. When we were there they had 54 on the mend. Interesting place and probably needed in this area. It's hard to say anything bad about a place that does so much good, but the 90 minutes was probably a bit much. You see a video, you see some different types of turtles on the mend and... More

This is another Marathon must-do. Make reservations, though. The place is BUSY. The team members are very good at educating visitors on the nature of the work and you get to see the "patients" up close. The facilities are impressive and the way the organization has developed is fascinating. We will support them even once we've gotten home.

Took the grandkids here. Very good presentation and got to see many turtles and learn about their lifespan and so much more. Very educational.

We loved our visit to the turtle hospital! If you plan to go, make reservations, as the tours fill up very quickly. Our tour guide was fantastic; very knowledgeable and well spoken with great energy. The work they do at this hospital is inspirational and much needed.
