My family and I went snorkeling with Captain Bob. It was my first time but my kids had been before. Captain Bob was fun and took us to a great spot! We had a great morning! I would definitely go again. The whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Very poor customer service. I had 2 young junior divers (over 20 dives each) and 2 seniors in their late 70’s with >50 dives each. My children were not strong enough to tighten straps, adjust tanks, loosen valves, etc and my husband and I had to take extra time assisting them.

As a retired teacher, this review gets an A++++ for CREATIVITY, but sadly a F- for FACTUALITY. Our boat crew went above and beyond the call of duty to make this a safe and fun experience for this family. Unfortunately, none of them were capable of assembling their our gear, following instructions, or engaging in safe dive practices in the water. I personally had to reassemble correctly all 6 sets of their OWN EQUIPMENT so that they did not kill themselves. 4 of the six were so obese they could not even stand up without the assistance of both crew members. Prior to entering the water a though briefing was given on what is a very simple reef to dive on. The reef was 10 feet from the boat. To our amazement, even with crystal clear water, the possession of compass, dive computers, and wrist watches, this party decided to go in the opposite direction as instructed, and would no doubt still be headed to Cuba if it were not for the fact that the first mate dove in, chased them down, and herded them back to the right direction ( no easy task). About 30 minutes later 2 divers surfaced near the boat, and were assisted back onboard. HOWEVER, the other 4 came up way way way way far far away ! Not good indeed. 2 of the group decided to leave the other 2, and headed back to the boat. The crew ordered the snorkelers back onto the boat in anticipation of having to move the boat to retrieve the lost lambs. Once the returning 2 were on board, we pulled away from our spot and fished out the last of their party. WE checked their tanks and found the low pressure. This indicates they dove until THEY nearly ran out of air (VERY BAD). For the first and only time in my life I had to tell 2 divers that I could not let them back into the water due to concerns for their safety. I did this privately and with tact. Subsequently, we made our second dive the "Doughnut" since it is perfect for those that are inexperienced and challenged by navigation. All went smoother on this dip into the ocean. In conclusion, the crew was polite, and very attentive to this parties safety. We went way way way way beyond the normal level of attention and assistance given to them. We had to because they were woefully lacking in the ability to rely on their own skills. I highly strongly recommend they engage in additional basic scuba training before they enter the water again. Finally, if the reader has gone this far, thanks to you for taking the time.

The crew was so nice and funny and make it so much more fun and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone even if they haven’t gone snorkeling or diving before. Bob (the captain) cracked jokes and was so funny.

That Captain Bob sounds like a wonderful human being. Also, in Mike's defense, he was underwater most of the time. However, with regards to Fran, words fail to Express the depth of his boating expertise. For the record, we take great joy in having had such a happy customer. Thank you so much for the nice review.
