Rented the 24’ center console, for fishing and sightseeing, no problems very painless signing up. With High winds the boat hands helped us launch and dock. Had a great time. Zero problems.

My husband and I had to change up our plans and settled on jet skiing for our activity. We checked out numerous vendor sites but liked 1.5 ride + the option to add :30 for snorkeling from FKW.
Right from the start, the staff were great! Friendly and knowledgeable.
Once on the water, we had an awesome time... lots of free time to speed around plus an amazing tour through the bay and through the mangroves. Then, we ended the ride with snorkeling on one of the nearby reefs.
We would definitely use them again. Also, there equipment/skis (and boats) were all in great shape.

We had an amazing day! Josh was not only superfriendly, he also understood our needs - we wanted to do a day bist trip around the keys, driving ourselves with a little kid. He made our dream come true, when returning the boat we did a jetski - ride to make it even more perfect! Highly recommended thank you very much!

Our experience was a disaster. It started off with a promise of a 10% discount for cash which they refused to credit. The boat interior was pretty rough, but that was not our main problem. The employee that gave us the instruction on the GPS couldn’t explain it and when we got out on the water, the GPS did not work at all. It showed our location to be on land when we were almost a mile out. When we got into the bay, we tried to plain it off but the boat would not go more than 10 miles an hour and never plained off. We returned to the boat rental going about 7 miles an hour and turned the boat in early because it wouldn’t run. I asked for a partial refund, but that was refused. One employee said the boat was under powered, and that it was a known problem and shouldn’t have been rented, but another employee said it was governed down as a safety precaution. I asked to speak to the owner, and when they got him on the phone, he refused to speak to me and refused to refund any of our money. Rent from these people at your own risk

Worst rental EVER! Boat was garbage and ran terrible We rented a 21 foot boat, which said it had capacity for 6 people. 2 adults and 4 kids later, the boat was never able to get up on plane , water was coming over the top of the boat bc it wouldn’t pick up speed. The kids were scared and I felt very unsafe. I called when we were in the middle of the ocean to complain to staff and they said they wouldn’t charge us for gas and we could have a couple of extra hours, but with the unsafe conditions we had to return back to the dock only to be charged full price and ripped off on gas prices. The employee then ran it out in calm water, by himself and said it ran fine. The situation was way different when you had six people on board and you were out in deeper water. They were not willing to listen to reason and still did not compensate us for such a crappy boat, a terrible time and scared kids. And I even brought it back early bc everyone was so scared.

I wanted to take a moment and write a review due to my excellent experience with both the owners and all of the staff. I used this company for the first time and I have to say that they are by far one of the best customer service oriented family businesses I have encountered. From the moment that I arrived the owner himself took the time to get us settled with our boat. The set up was easy and in no time we were off to some of the recommended locations that he mentioned such as Alligator Reef and the Sandbar. Overall the initial start to coming back was seamless as the staff helps you out of the marina and then meets you right outside of the marina to bring you back. For those of you that are not as experienced with boating I highly recommend this company and their family.

For a great experience and service.
We (my husband, 2 kids and myself) did a full day boat rental and enjoyed every minute out on the water.
Check-in, instructions, area map viewing and safety point were easy and clear from “Sharky”. Boat (22 foot) was in a great shape, clean and organized and felt very safe.
Loved the sandbar and all the snorkeling sites.
I strongly recommend FLorida Keys WaterSports co. And will be back for in early summer.

While staying at the great Hadley House, my boyfriend and I found Florida Key water sports right behind the building on the water's edge. Joseph and especially, Juan were great in helping us choose a wonderful way to spend a half day out in the water. We rented an awesome boat, and Joseph was an expert at explaining everything to us in order to enjoy our trip. Great Experience with wonderful, professional and friendly people. they also have kayaks, jet skis, and wave runners, we highly recommend this place

Me and my wife cake to Key largo for a vacation and was looking for jet ski. Then we found Florida keys water sports co. They are just amazing. We took jet ski tour for 90 minutes. They made us felt so safe and our instructor Juan Pablo was an amazing guy. He took very good photos of us. Guided on the whole trip. He was so expert in driving jet ski that make u feel so safe. We just enjoyed it. Unforgettable experience.

Rented two jet skies from them and a small bump happened with the jet skies with teens. Really a small incident as no one even noticed this at the time. Nothing more than a larger scratch on one of the jet skies. The jet ski in question had already lots of previous damage marks on it so the fiberglass was at end of its expectancy.
They tried first to get me to pay $3400 for the damage then $2400 and even offered an option to pay in cash $1900 and finally agreed with them that $1000 would be enough. Still they charged my credit card $2400. Very frustrating to deal with three people there and a manager in phone. No customer skills what so ever with them. They are trying to get the most money out of vulnerable tourists which is bad for the reputation of Florida as a tourist destination.
Later I discovered the jet ski in question was made already in 2014 and had had complaint made with the BBB about it and the company. My understanding is fiberglass was already severely damaged and they overcharged me and charged my credit card $2400. This is not right.
Did not not even get a copy of the agreement while there and had a photo of the agreement send to me later which is not fully readable by email. Later the company was clearly reluctant to answer any of my emails.
I would strongly urge to avoid this place!

UNTRUTHFUL BAD, BAD, BAD FAITH review,
EASY RULE....... YOU BREAK IT, YOU PAY FOR IT!
1st of all, i am glad you mentioned that you agreed on the damages you kids caused to our jetskis by offering $1000 to cover the damages.
As we all know, you are responsible for any equipment you rent "FACT" (Bicycles, Scooters, JETSKIS, Boats, Cars, Tools, ect.....) you must return in the same conditions less wear-and-tear.
Customer kids (14 and 16) are extremely disrespectful and do not follow directions.
It is sad that he only mentioned the charges for the damages that his kids caused BUT He did not mentioned all the hateful, RACIST words and all the Profanity (F..... Spanish, F..... you all and many more) words his kids told our staff and text us with (screenshot on file)
Future customers: AS YOU KNOW... Always 3 sides of the story YOURS, MINE and the TRUTH so If you have any Doubt or would like us to Clarify anything please call us and ask for "Joseph" manager and we will make sure you get the TRUTH.

Its per Jetskis. Its 119.50 per Jetskis for one hour.
219.50$ for 2 hours. Which i highly recommend. Simply because one hour goes by so fast when u are having fun.
