Capt. Kiki knows how to find and catch fish. We hired him for a mahi excursion. 17 mahi later, my son wanted to switch to catching a tuna. 20 minutes later, 2 tuna were brought to the boat. My son is an avid 16 year old fisherman, and Capt. Kiki spent all day instructing, offer suggestions and generally making him comfortable with what he knew and what the capt could help him with. We had heard wonderful reviews about the Capt. and they were true. My son is also named Kieran, so that we wanted to learn what one Kieran could teach another. The answer is a LOT. Capt. Kiki was patient, full of explanation and KNEW had to fish! I've fished the keys for 20+ years and know that sometimes the fish are just on vacation, but not this time and I think the skill of the Capt. has a lot to do with it. Will use Capt. Kiki for business excursions too.

What an amazing day fishing with Captain Ross and Eric. Our family of six had such a great day! Catching our bait fish was super fun, too! They were knowledgeable and patient with the newbies in the group as well and were able to teach the veteran a thing or two. These guys are professional and definitely know their stuff! Eric is a very hard and fast worker. He kept the boat clean, changed out rigs, helped us get the fish off the hook and another one on for us to reel in. This is the best fishing charter we have ever done. We will definitely be booking again with them!

Spent the mornings with Captain Kiki on the All Lit Up and had a a wonderful time. Kiki was knowledgeable, personable and patient with the kids, 10 and 12, who had never fished before. We caught some beautiful Yellowfin Snapper and hooked some big barracuda. Boat and gear were top notch and Kiki not only knew the right spots to go to, he worked hard to ensure we landed fish. A great time was had by all! We will definitely be back to fish with Captain Kiki again!

For the amount we paid there was no Captain's assistant to help out. We arrived at the Marina well before Capt Kiki and were rather underwhelmed at the greeting after not being sure if we were in the right place. There was no call out for a last restroom break for the ladies, and a bucket in the open to relieve yourself when you are on the ship. Fair warning if you are taking girls aboard; especially young girls (which ours even refused to ask to go to the bathroom). We had to locate most of what we needed on our own and provide our own lunch. We did catch a few fish and this rating is definitely not because of a bad day of fishing, but instead the overall bad customer service. It seems these guys increased their prices because of COVID and are money hungry to push you through during the post COVID travel boom. Shop around before you settle with these guys unless they bring their prices down.

We have been out in the keys fishing with our kids a few times and this was by far the best. We have 3 kids (10, 8, 5) and Captain Kiki was the perfect guide letting our kids catch huge fish all by themselves. He was patient, had a great sense of humor, and the catching was nonstop. This was a great family memory and we will for sure be back.

Capt Kiki on the All Lit Up. Great boat. Fantastic captain. Limited out on yellowtail snapper, 2x Goliath Grouper. Knowledgeable, friendly, got two CO trout fly fisherman into a ton of fish and coached saltwater techniques. Also provided dining and other recommendations that were spot on. Highly recommend!

We have been fishing with Captain Kiki for the last few years. He has made each experience filled with wonderful memories plus a bunch of fish. Captain Kiki knows where to find them!! He is personable and friendly, and wants you to have a great relaxing time.

We take our daughters (oldest) missed the most recent trip, but enjoyed in the “eats!”

Very easy to communicate and preps/answers all our questions.

Great day on the water! Saw a waterspout and caught a lot of fish!
Captain Ross and Eric are patient and knowledgeable, especially with us neophytes! At one point, the guys got their lines crossed (quite a bit!) and Ross and Eric were able to get them uncrossed and we didn't lose our fish on the line!! Initially, they said we had to go catch our own baitfish. I was disappointed. It was actual fun and informative! I learned a few things just doing that and we ended up with enough baitfish to make others jealous! With the bait we easily caught our quota of tuna. Overall, great day. We loved it!

We have fished all over Florida and the Caribbean and we have our own offshore boat. This guy was a poor fishing captain at best. One day he made ME buy the bait which was a total curveball. On the second day both his engines dropped dead which was clearly an indication that he didn't even take care of his boat. I wouldn't take this charter again or rec

This is a complaint from a competitor. This has been removed from Trip advisor once already, and is in the process of being removed again. Pretty sad that someone is this jealous, that they are trying to sabotage my business for thier gain. I have already asked for a name and number, and they will not give either up. Already inquired about legal action. This will be over soon.

Captian James is nice enough, but he brings along inexperienced crew and expects you to tip them (15-20%) weather you catch fish or not. Oh you have to buy your own bait I guess big eyes are not included so another $75. Shop around he may be the right choice just not for me.

John, I am very sorry you feel this way. I am a little confused on the date in which you visited us, so if you could please reply with the date we fished together I would appreciate it. In addition, very seldom do I ever use a mate, so if you could please let me know when you were here I will take it from there and give you an appropriate explanation of the events of the day. Just to touch on a couple of your items if I may... 1.) We work in the service industry and gratuity of 15-20% for the crew is normal. It is just like a restaurant (for an example), but you also tip for good service and if you feel you didn't receive good service then by all means it is not mandatory. I have never "made" anyone tip, so I am not sure what to say about that one. Unless you are an expert at fishing, and I don't mean that in a rude tone, I am not sure how you would know how experienced or inexperienced a mate would have been. 2.) They baits we buy are called Goggle Eyes. These baits are purchased by charter boats from Stuart, FL to Key West from guys who do nothing but catch these baits specifically. They are expensive and generally go for $100/ doz, and I have seen them go as high as $200/ doz in tournaments where supply is low, but the demand is high. We buy large quantities of them throughout the season and get the less expensive price of $75/ doz which we pass on to our customers. I never make anyone buy this bait as a mandatory deal, I will suggest that I think we should get them because this will increase your chances to catch Sailfish while kite fishing. These fish get really dialed in on these baits from time to time, but they are hard to catch. That is why they are expensive. They can only be caught at night with no moon on sabiki rigs, and literally never get touched until you put a hook in them. It is a very tough business to catch them, that the other reason they are expensive. I apologize for you being unhappy and have no problem working with you to make for a better experience. I take great pride in my business and reputation, and never want anyone to leave unhappy. If you could please respond with the date we fished, I will do what I can to make you happy. Please feel free to give me a call at 305-803-1321 or leave me your phone number and I will give you a call to discuss. Either way, I would just like a chance to make things right. Thanks, Capt. James Chappell
