Parasailing with Sundance. Will and Brandon very much have their act together. Funny and personable while never compromising safety. Never had the feeling they were doing this for the thousandth time. Clean, super-organized boat. Will is clearly a very experienced captain....played the wind and controlled descent for the final “dip” with expert precision. Only ding would be I think they could’ve let us stay up a bit longer for the price of $150 for two people. We only had 4 groups and boat is clearly intended to hold more. Any shorter would’ve been quite unsatisfactory for the price. Overall, a great, fun and safe experience.

Thanks for going out with us and for leaving a great review. Will and Brandon are a lot of fun to fly with, are very experienced and safety is their first priority. I'm sorry we didn't keep you in the air as long as you would of liked. We pride ourselves in that we offer some of the longest flights in the Keys. Stop in and say hello on your next trip to the Keys!

Did parasailing, located at Robbie's restaurant. Crew (Will and Cristy) were fabulous, very friendly, informative, explained the process well and outgoing - highly recommend asking for them. Take off and landing on the boat is very smooth and feels like floating in air. Runs about $100 and you get a good boat ride out, and you sail for about 10 mins. Took us about an hour round trip dock to to dock. You can also feed the very large tarpins while at Robbies. Highly recommend here for parasail. Will be back next year and will look up Will & Christy for sure.

Was on the same trip as the next review saying “disappointing”. We thought it was fantastic. Upon arrival at Alligator Reef it was very crowded. All the mooring balls near the lighthouse were taken. It was the calmest day In weeks so obviously there were a lot of boats. Current was strong but it’s the ocean and there would be current closer to the tower as well. Crew was absolutely fabulous and we felt the trip was a great value at $37. During it again soon with our daughter

First off, they packed WAY too many people on their boat and then delayed departure by 25 minutes awaiting the last few arrivals. When we finally got to the “Reef”, There was NO CORAL on the “Coral Reef”, just a few fish here and there and a few other ho-hum creatures. Then, the Captain had to skip the second scheduled PAID FOR spot because he had “ too many people to get them back on board” on time.

Thank you for choosing Sundance Watersports. I'm sorry that you didn't seem to enjoy your trip as much as we strive for. Yes our boat did leave a few minutes late to wait for some guests that were stuck behind a traffic accident but we also extended the cruise and the snorkeling time to make sure all of our guests had over an hour and a half of time in the water. We don't advertise one, two, or three sites because we make that call based on the conditions and we found excellent visibility at Alligator reef that day . Also please don't say that our Sea Turtles, Spotted Eagle Rays, and Goliath Grouper are Ho-Hum out loud, they might hear you!

I have always enjoyed snorkeling, I have never experienced snuba or scuba diving. After this trip, I’m IN LOVE with snuba and want to explore an option of getting scuba certified. Erica was our guide and friend to help our crew enjoy our experience and most of all, be knowledgeable and safe.

I was very nervous and afraid to be underwater for long periods of time. I had a fear of drowning, not be able to equalize my ears, what to do if I got water in my mask underwater and not know what to do if I had an emergency.

Erica helped me with all of my concerns. Needless to say, I was able to stay under water for more than 40 minutes. I cleared my mask underwater, it was normal to equalize my ears and I felt so safe and adventurous! It was a lot easier and very enjoyable more than I expected.

I’m a high believer it has to do with the people you go with, the instructor’s teaching, and having faith in yourself. Erica showed patience, excitement, passion and compassion for any of our concerns.

We saw so many wonderful things in the reef. I’m thankful for the protection and respect of the reef and all the creatures that live within. It was just breathtaking. Giant stingrays, green sea turtles, colorful schools of fish, shy groupers…

I highly recommend this trip! Thank you Sundance and Erica!!

AMAZING staff to keep the adventure light and positive! Luke did an excellent job driving “Blue” out to Alligator Reef. He was helpful with drink suggestions after for celebrating an excellent time on the water! Ryan was encouraging and supportive of me trying snorkeling for my first time. He made plenty of helpful suggestions to make it a safe and fun experience . Chris was very professional with the scuba divers on the trip. We might have to try that next time now that I’ve seen little kids do it and get up closer to the colorful ocean life. The wind was 15 miles an hour and waves 3-6 feet high. They were sensitive to if that would be too much, but since We had not been before we did not know any different! Made it even more of a real adventure as we saw barracuda jelly fish and live coral. Over 30 different types of fish as I stopped counting after that! There were so many beautiful shades of blues and greens of the water. They let everyone jump and dive off the front of the boat and it doubled the value of the trip! The passengers were pleasant making it an all round memorable adventure!

PS… the sharks we saw out there were small and the 8 foot shark was at the docks with the Tarpon!

Our guides took us to an amazing site for snorkeling with sea turtles! The customers were everywhere from older folks to kids on their first adventure, and everyone seemed to have a blast. The staff was engaging, fun, friendly, and the skipper had us all on our seats when telling us what to do when sharks appeared (there aren’t any sharks)! The reef was beautiful, the ride was smooth and fast. There may be other outfits cheaper (IDK, I didn’t price shop, but this seemed very reasonable) but this place was easy to find, easy to work with, fun, and delivered everything promised.

Joe & Nick were our guides and they did an amazing job!!! Our group included 4 adults and 4 teens. They explained everything to us and helped get us secured in the harnesses. We sat on the back of the boat and were lifted in the air and then were brought back to the boat very smoothly. The views were awesome. The guides made the trip fun and were very talkative to us throughout the adventure. Thanks again Joe & Nick!!

Recently went SNUBA diving with the Blue crew. Visibility wasn't the best, but good enough to view the amazing Cheeca reef. The boat was full, lots of folks snorkeling, but since I was the only one diving, I had the best guide/ instructor all to myself, which made the whole experience even better! Shout out to my girl, Erica, who was engaging and enthusiastic, even though she does this on a daily basis. Her preparation and instructions were clear and thorough. She told me what she hoped we would see, even had names for her favorite fish and turtles!!!- and she delivered all of that and more! It was loads of fun and I was thrilled with all the sights. I think we explored every part of that reef so I definitely feel I got my money's worth. The whole crew was fun, but also took safety concerns very seriously, and the fresh water showers afterwards were very welcome. Would highly recommend this activity, even if you have never dived before. It's a fantastic way to experience the water and everything that lives below.

I took a group of five people snorkeling as part of a group trip to the Keys. Captain and the mate could not have been more accommodating on this trip (we went Feb. 5, on the afternoon trip) but even before that Chris on the phone was fantastic when we wanted to reschedule for weather. He understood that we had several folks in our group who were new and/or nervous, and didn't hold us to the 24-hour window and instead allowed us to reschedule for a better day. Once we boarded the next day, the mate and the captain did everything they could to accommodate our group. Our oldest snorkeler was 85 and she loved it. Everyone did. There's no way every snorkeling boat in the keys can offer this level of service, and I'm so glad we picked this boat.
