We loved this place! We booked the Dolphin Swim for 4 people, including a 5-yr-old. Everyone working there is terrific and friendly, and Paula (our trainer) was amazing. The interaction was perfect for everyone and we felt it was worth the money. We didn't see much of the rest of the park so I can't judge that, but the parts we saw were clean, groomed, and maintained. We will plan on returning in the future.…

My daughter (17) and I did the Swim with the Sea Lions. Such a great experience! Dolphin show was great. A lot of shaded places to get out of the sun.

Came to swim with the dolphins, saw an amazing dolphin show, sea turtles, sharks, and birds. The program is set up so you migrate from one show to the next. Great day.

Review of: Swim with Sharks at Theater of the Sea
We went to swim with the sharks. It is held in a small lagoon. There are two parts to this activity, in the first ones the keepers call the sharks over for feeding and you can feed them, hold them, and interact with them. The sharks were either jittery or not very hungry, so that we did get a chance to touch them, but not as much as expected. In the second part, you are given fins and snorkel and can swim and you can swim and look at the sharks under water. However, when not being fed, the sharks go to the deep end and hide and the water is murky, so we could not really see much. It was still OK, but a bit disappointing given the pretty steep price. Perhaps our experience was unusual because the staff offered us to come later in the day and also do swimming with rays. It was organized in the same way, but was much more interactive with rays coming over and bumping into us and swimming all over the place. That was fun and based on our experience I would recommend doing that. We really liked the fact that most of the animals in the park were rescues and that staff clearly enjoy working with them. However, it does put a limit on what the staff can do with them training-wise. It's not top of the line shows, we've seen much better. Still, pretty fun and educational. You can see all of the shows in about 2.5 hours. COVID precautions are not great. Lots of people, closely packed together, it's outdoors, but still. Staff are very diligent about wearing masks themselves and ask guests to do so too, but don't really enforce if anyone takes masks off, such people are just ignored. Overall a nice visit.…

The dolphin show was AMAZING! I have seen other dolphin shows but this was by far the best!!! It was great to see the sea turtles and other animals. It was nice you could walk around on your own or follow the schedule of events that offer throughout the day.
