It might have been that we were early for dinner, right around 5:00, or the heat of the day, but the restaurant was pretty much empty and we didn't feel any sort of their normal vibe happening. Food was good as always, the service was a bit slow. They did take extra precautions for COVID-19 with temperature checks, cleaning tables thoroughly, and seating guests further apart.

Ines was our server. Greeted us with a smile. She engaged us in conversation as I had asked where her beautiful accent was from. She mentioned Croatia. I ordered an espresso martini, my husband the Hurricane. We ordered our meals. I had the baby back ribs and my husband at the pulled ora sandwich. Both came with two sides and were delicious.

A reasonable experience, great location, good atmosphere, service was reasonable, they tried hard. The hi light was the mentalist act, Nicholas, added a great flair to the night. Food and drinks available was quite good.

My Favorite part of visiting This Cafe was Kim , Kellie their the GM and AGM. They were amazing to me and my family! The knew I Loved Key lime pie and they had their chef make us a homemade Key Lime Pie!!! It was the best on the Island by far! The staff was 1st class! The food was outstanding so, we ended back there a 2nd day!!!

Thank you so much Nick for your recent visit and lovely shout out for Kim and me. I couldn’t let you visit Key West and not experience the flavors of a Key Lime Pie. It was so nice meeting you and your family and we hope you will visit us again soon.

We spent a whole bunch of hours in the Hard Rock bar and the service could not have been better. Sherrie made some of the best drinks I’ve had the chance of having and she chatted it up with us and answered any and all of our questions! Loved my time here :)

Bob is the best Hard Rock bartender - hands down! I always have the boring vodka and soda and Bob has suggested some fabulous drinks. We have never waited more than a minute to be greeted and he’s always awesome. Go see Bob. He works most nights

Hard Rock in Key West on a Saturday night isn't exactly the best setup, but we were able to get a table outside within 20 minutes. Very accommodating staff, attentive server, wonderful food served quickly, and a great performer just a few yards away singing memorable tunes. Really enjoyed the experience and would return anytime.

So glad I went here for lunch because the Mac and cheese entree was AMAZING. I can’t wait to go back and eat here again. Sat outside which was a nice touch for still soaking in the key west atmosphere. Our waitress was a true delight. She was skilled but also very friendly and funny.

Great place for a quick sit down dinner or snack. There were 7 of us and our server Pablo was great! Consistent quality. We eat here every year we come down. Highly recommend!
