Worst service ever. Party of 10, food took forever to come out. Then it came out in 3 plates at a time at least 15 minutes apart. 2 of us NEVER got our meals.... manager blamed everyone including the 19 year old waitress and never took ownership for the issues. Will NEVER come back here again...

From the roof you have a great view from the harbour. We had the ribs and the fish & chips. They where okay, but not very special. The birds took a rib from our plate, so watch out over your food. I recommend to have a drink, take some appetizers and enjoy the view.

We once again visited the boat house at Turtle Kraals and had a fantastic time. The food is great and plentiful, cocktails strong, and service is perfect.
The view is outstanding, looking at the marina and all its yachts moored up.
If you find yourself in Key west give it try you won't be disappointed.

A nice place to walk around and see all the boats and get an overview of how turtles were harvested in past years. Many shops too.

A group of five of us visited the Tower Bar for lunch. Our waitress took our order and then pretty much ignored us. I had to go up to the bar where she was looking through binoculars and chatting with the bartender to ask for a knife to cut the steak on my salad. She never came and asked if everything was okay after our food was delivered. The food was decent, but the service was nonexistent. I really should not have tipped! Prices were expensive. We won't go back.

And we still have him a chance. Went upstairs for drinks and apps—ordered lots of fruity drinks, the flight of ceviche, nachos..would have been a hefty bar tab and tip for this guy. He was rude and obnoxious to begin with, a real smarta**, but we thought maybe that was his Schtick so we played along. Oh, did I mention he was either drunk or stoned beyond belief?
After waiting 20 minutes, watched the sun go down behind the building across the water, and watched him serve food and drinks to a small table that came in after us (did I mention there were 6 of us, and we were thirsty and hungry?), we got up and left. As we came back down the stairs, the hostess said “Be careful on those steps, especially after drinks,” to which we replied, “What drinks? We never got our drinks?” She was astounded and very apologetic—thing is, as we passed the bar on our way out, we didn’t even see any drinks being made or waiting to be served. Don’t think he even put in our order
He certainly earned worst waiter ever, and he received the worst tip ever.

Don’t eat here. You’ll regret it a few hours later like 5 people in our group. The common denominator with our sick friends was this place. Some of the staff was not friendly too. Good location but there are better places along the water

I've never been to Key West before, and so had no knowledge as to where to eat. I am so glad that we did! Kira was our hostess, robin was our server and both are two of the nicest people I've met down here. The service was excellent as was our food. I ate the mixto tacos and had coconut grouper. We will definitely come back! Thank you both for a wonderful night

This place has been here for a long time. Other restaurants come and go, but the food and service keep people coming back. They has a special grilled grouper and it was fabulous. In Key West, Turtle Kraals is a must.

When are stone crab claws in season, and, when they are in season, does Turtle Kraals include them on the Happy Hour Menu
