Bartender nice and friendly, Good music, not a big issue with smoking cause really...you're pretty much outside. I believe the issue with smoking is just choosing to sit next to a smoker when you're not one. Seriously, just sit next to someone else rather than say this place isn't good. Therefore, I give it an excellent rating. Period!

This is a small bar, don't go expecting a 5 star experience, its a dive bar with a great decor and always interesting people. this is not a bar for people easily offende. If you are one of those people that ask someone to put out a cigarette because "you are allergic to smoke" then don't go here.

My friend and I were looking for a bar away from the touristy Duval street places. (We live in New Orleans, so we were not trying to recreate Bourbon St. while in Key West.) We ordered our drinks once, and the bartender, Missy, not only remembered our drinks all night, but two days later when we went back, she still remembered what we drank! Thanks Missy~ it was a pleasure meeting you! The music was great (classic rock to metal), the drinks were cheap, and the bathroom was clean. I'd definitely drink there again if I ever get back to Key West!

You must admit that the name of the tavern can be intimidating, I watched as the tourist ladies dressed in oxford cloth and khakis,as they nervously scurried to the other side of Greene Street to avoid getting "Tattooed or Scared". That is too bad, because once inside, we found the bartenders to be friendly and attentive, the music to be good old rock and played at a conversational volume, and the happy hour prices to be the best in Key West.
We asked the bartender to change one of the many television channels to an Indycar race and they graciously agreed. Other patrons were friendly and we struck up conversations with several people. Interestingly, the tavern has a long, beautiful carved wooden back bar which reminded me of "Big Nose Kate's Saloon" in Tombstone, Arizona. The overall design seems to be conducive to meeting and talking with friends, new or old. The very clean restrooms are located outside of the establishment in a separate building within a pleasant courtyard.
Tattoos and Scars is recommended to all including Soccer Moms.

Stopped by to have some shots atmosphere was cool, there was a lot of locals and the place was busy the bartender was nice and helpful

We have been to the area multiple years and this time was the first time we got to check this place out. W wish it wasn't so smoky and they had caulk for the bathrooms still that is the only things we didn't like.

Could have been a fun place but the female bartender with all the tattoos was more interested in her phone than serving drinks. It seemed as though the customers were more of an annoyance than a way to make a living.

We 1st stopped in during our stroll around Key West during Super Boat race week. Very glad we did too. Had a great time. It's juts around the corner from SJ's, so when that got too loud and crowded it was just a short walk away. Well stocked bar with a good selection of drafts on tap with knowledgeable and friendly bartenders. Looking forward to our next visit.

Love to stop here on our Duval St stroll to get out of the heat and enjoy a PBR draft! Down the street, not to far from Sloppy Joe's, excellent spot to get away from the tourist crowd, seems like more locals here, but, bar staff is always friendly to all. Mo is our favorite, although, she was not there this day. Great tat posters, motorcycle memorabilia, and tee shirts and hoodies for sale, all kinds of sports on several TVs, and buckets of fresh peanuts to munch on.
Bathrooms are very clean, too.

Our bartender Cassidy was super nice. Our drinks were very good. There were a lot of locals and lots of room.
