Walking the boardwalk at the seaport is a great way to spend time. Lots of shops and restaurants. Some really nice boat tours are located here as well. We enjoyed watching the tarpons gather when the fishing boats came in to clean their fish.

This is a super boardwalk with sensational water views, harbor views, yacht harbors, restaurants and bars.

We really enjoyed walking around, admiring the old boats, having a bite to eat at the great restaurants there, doing a little shopping and really enjoyed the Treasure Chest store. Great little shops for finding something special, picking up a key lime item, and small stores to find inexpensive and locally made items (keep walking to the end of the... More

Key West wasn't always bars and t-shirt shops. Once the richest city in Florida, Key West has been the home of pirates, wreckers, spongers, and fishermen. A walk through the Historic Seaport gives you the opportunity to see some of this history. There is an unimaginable array of watercraft to see, from rowboats to double-masted schooners. You can also see... More

My son discovered this gem that I almost missed while we were on holiday. The walk through the Historic Seaport, seeing the boats up close and enjoying the sights and sounds of the port were a relaxing respite from the crowds of Duval Street, Definitely worth the time.

I was pretty disappointed in a sight billed as a historic seaport. It was basically a marina with some cheap souvenir shops. The highlight of this site for me was a manatee sighting. I was pretty excited about that. For Jimmy Buffet fans, his recording studio is in this area.

Fantastic place to see the sunset, mingle and stroll to take in the sights. Loved the whole atmosphere.

Beautiful boats, lots of sea birds and a museum explaining the history of the Dry Tortugas and a few shops and restaurants. Close to parking garage.

We didn't discover this part of town until our last night. But in the short time my husband and I spent walking around, we both agreed that it was our favorite part of the island. There were a lot of restaurants right on the water. There were some cute shops. Some of the shops even had more than just your... More

We walked the entire boardwalk of the Seaport. At around 4:00 the fish charter boats are in and cleaning any catch - it's fun to stand by and you can see the marlin fish in the bay waiting to be feed. It's a beautiful walk and places to stop for a beverage or lunch along the way.
