We enjoyed the laidback feel. We stopped in here several times for a drink here or there because it was reasonably priced and convenient for us. The atmosphere was great and one night they had this awesome singer who sang full ranges of music but his country was on point.

I love going to the Garden bar at Bourbon Street especially to see Jeff that's in the back he's very friendly remembers your name and your drink it's like friends the restaurant or the bar so thank you Jeff for doing a great job. He is he is remembers the best part of of coming to Bourbon Street Pub. He remembers your drink. Best bartender ever!

Bourbon St is always the very best spot to grab a drink (or 5) and meet some new and old friends. All the bartenders take great care of us everytime we are in town but this last visit Rhett went above and beyond to make us the perfect cocktails and make us feel welcome. We will be back soon to see him again and again!

My husband and I were on vacation with 4 other couples, all straight. Not that THAT matters but it did to this place! All of us know someone who is part of the LGBTQIA community. Cody started out ok. We complimented his cool Mohawk then ordered drinks. He then became very rude. He was whispering with two men who were sitting at the bar wondering “why they would even come in here” making us feel very unwelcome. When we paid the bill he started counting and said “you only gave me 18%.” He should be thankful he got anything. Clearly the staff & regular customers are discriminatory against straight people. You should be ashamed. Disgusting behavior.

Stayed at the New Orleans House and loved it. Also, spent much of the time at the Bourbon St. Pub. The bartenders were phenomenal as well as the vibe and patrons. Tim was great! Very friendly, warm and energetic also mixed a great cocktail!! Love this place, will be back. Thanks Tim and all!!

Visited here at happy hour and then later in the evening. I found the bartender disinterested and detached from his guests at the front bar. Never asked if you Needed another drink and never said hi or engaged the guests. Just kept his head down. Visited two other places and the bartenders were much more engaging and friendly.

I'm a regular visitor and a seasonal resident of Key West. Bourbon Street Pub, in particular, their Garden Bar, is my regular hangout. Bartenders Dane, Jeff, Nick, Hardy, Rhett all know me and they remember me and what I drink. They are all friendly and we have good conversation. Be sure to tip them well! Thanks guys!

Great bar to meet new folks, both indoors and out. Looking for a quiet chat? Sit inside and chat with locals and visitors alike. More lively time? Check out the outside bar and pool. Part of the complex is the New Orleans House, which the bar and pool are clothing optional. I had a great time there is Dec., 2019 with cruise passengers from tow different ships docked in Key West.

One of our favorite stops during this visit to KW! We went late afternoon and the atmosphere is great, the bartender was amazing I wish I got her name. You could tell the locals really love her. Speaking of, we visited with some amazing locals. They were so kind and had great conversation. The drinks were great. My husband had a few beers and I tried a couple mixed drinks including the key lime coolada, yummy! We wished we had time to go back during evening! Highly recommend and we plan to visit again in near future!

It was midday and we wanted to support our gay bars and restaurants during our visit to Key West. My wife and I went to the bar and had a great experience with the bartender having a few beers. We noticed these three gay guys at the bar having a great time. Then another couple of lesbians came in and one of the men said, “I feel like I am going to get a yeast infection.” I told him he was an a-hole and we left. Not a place for women when we have “boys” that behave like that. AND we noticed earlier that one of them did not even tip his bartender! Best of luck but we will not be back or recommend to other lesbian friends.
