I rented a bike from Island Safari Rentals for 5 days. I love that they offer a beach cruiser with brakes on the handlebars AND a basket on the front of the bike. The bike I was given was in good condition and worked well. They offer delivery and pick-up from your hotel which is really convenient and their online reservation system is easy to use. The one suggestion I have is to give better directions on how to find them. They used to have a building on Greene Street but have changed to only having a kiosk near where their building used to be - I had trouble finding them at first because of that.

We rented bikes for 2 days in Key West and had a great rental experience. The bikes were fairly new and in good repair. They were comfortable to ride and the rental place was easily accessible. The bikes upon rental were quickly adjusted for a great ride and off we went. Would not hesitate to use them again

We had a great experience with Island Safari! Loved their beach cruiser bikes for cruising around the island. We rented for multiple days and it was super affordable! I also believe you get a discount if you reserve on line. They deliver and PU. We just left our bikes in the bike rack at our resort at the end of our vacation and they picked them up there! Highly recommended!

We booked 2- day bicycle rentals starting Oct. 20th, the delivery time was scheduled for 2 p.m. on the 20th. We waited and waited, nobody showed up and no phone calls. We called Island Safari Rentals at 2:40 p.m. and a lady named Venessa answered. She suggested that due to the poor weather, that we can cancel the reservation and got full refund, and the the guy in charge of refund will call us. We said o.k. Until today, we still have not heard from this guy, even though we called many times and talked to Venessa again when she told us she will text this guy. We also talked to the owner who gave us this guy (named Will?) 's email and we sent an email request. Still not a single word from this guy. I started to wonder if this is a real business? Who is this mysterious guy? Why he never gets back with us? Very frustrated when you deal with people like this.

We reserved bikes for a week on-line and the process was smooth. We understood that they close at 6:00 (according the website). We got there between 4:00 & 5:00 and they and said were about to call us because they wanted to close up and get out of there early. I assume if we had not have been there before they closed they would have made other arrangements with us. The bikes were in good shape and were comfortable. For our last day, I called and was told that as long as we had the bikes back before midnight, we could drop them off after hours and leave the key in the lockbox. This worked out great as we got to keep the bikes longer than we expected. I would do business with them again. Having the bikes worked out perfectly and it was a great way to get around Key West.

Trip advisor and the company website made it easy to compare and reserve the two bikes while still on the cruise ship. The bikes where waiting for us at the store. Signed papers and hopped on the bikes. Key West is ideal for independent bike tours. Drop off was very quick after we were finished. Definitely will do this again next time.

Great location and a fairly quick process to rent a few bikes to zoom around on. Great way to see the island and the pricing is fair. Didn’t have to wait or reserve the bikes. Highly recommended this rental shop.

Hopped off the cruise and found Island Safari Rental! The price was great for all day rental. Bike included the basket and lock. Great way to see the area at your own pace!

My sister wanted to get some rental information. There were 2 male attendants. One was too busy texting to answer her questions the other kept looking at his watch making an art form out of ignoring her. Eventually the heat got the best of my daughter and she got sick on the sidewalk. What did they do?! They laughed, they actually laughed at a little girl getting sick in public. They didn't offer her water or medical assistance, they didn't even ask if she was ok, they laughted. She was so embarrassed she started to cry. Why would anyone bother renting anything from people like this?

Reserved online the night never we arrived on a cruise. Two other people In our group decided to rent the next morning, so we called before they opened. To my surprise, they called me back within a few minutes! Walked right up to the bike stand a block or two from the ship, they gave us bikes, and we had a blast. Skip traffic, parking charges, and get around town quicker on a bike - great way to see key west!
They were not there when we dropped off the bikes that evening, but there are signs telling you where to put the bikes and your keys.
