Founded in 1964 by independent emerald miner Manuel Marcial de Gomar, Emeralds International, LLC was the first all emerald store outside of Colombia specializing in rough and cut emeralds from around the world and particularly from Colombia. Also recognized as conch pearl experts, today this family owned and run business continues the fine tradition in unique emerald and conch pearl jewelry and other gem rarities, including the world famous emeralds of the sunken galleon Nuestra Señora de Atocha. My experience at this family run business has always been a pleasure. My favorite place to go for anything from expert and reasonable repairs to the Beautiful selection of one of a kind handcrafted jewelry.
Carl, Marina & everyone working there make this place a true gem.

What a wonderful experience! I am so happy we came upon Emerald's International during our visit to Key West. I had a "ring emergency" when I accidentally bent a prong on my platinum engagement ring. I was fully prepared to leave my ring for repair to pick up sometime within the week...
First off, the store is beautiful! I have never seen so many gorgeous emerald pieces. Elena was so sweet and helpful -- the customer service here is top-notch. She looked at my ring and said it wouldn't be a problem to fix it... took it directly to the jeweler, who in turn, repaired my ring, cleaned my ring, came out and explained the repair -- all within 5 minutes! My ring looked brand new again!
I worked in a jewelry store when I first graduated from college, and the on-site jeweler that I worked with NEVER did anything like this. Emerald's International really went out of their way to help me, and my experience went above and beyond my expectations... I seriously could not stop talking about how nice they were for the entire weekend.
My husband is in trouble because I have a birthday coming up... I saw so many beautiful pieces here, and I know we will return!

I bought my husband a watch for our 20th Anniversary which we were celebrating in Key West. It was too big. We stopped in here and we asked them to fix it and they did free of charge. They were all so friendly and their pieces were absolutely stunning. You must stop here.

My wife had a problem with her diamond engagement ring band. They welded it for her, they were so pleasant and thoughtful and accommodating. We just wanted to give them the proper thanks. Carl and Patricia were working when we visited.

We were on a 25th anniversary Key West vacation and got surprised at the emerald collection we found at EI. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful, and we found a piece that my wife loves! It got even better when they cleaned and repaired the emerald setting in her wedding ring on the spot. We had a very hard time selecting something among all the incredible options, so we’ll have to be back!

Went in to check out the new Hemingway watches Marina greeted us and turned us over to Ronan the watch “guru” He knows everything about all of the watches He explained the sizing and functions of the watch Walked out with a new watch very satisfied with the service.

I've been searching for an emerald ring for many years, not finding what I was looking for at any store. I was not planning to buy anything when I entered but loved not one but two rings and had a hard time deciding. The unique style and quality of the piece were excellent. The service was lovely and and I now have a marvelous ring. Highly recommend and look forward to stopping in again on our next trip.

We are key Wes locals and repeat emerald customers. We love the staff and Diana especially has helped us all the way with our purchases. Can’t say enough about how friendly and knowledgeable they are, can’t go wrong.

I have been looking to purchase an emerald for quite a long while now. Before I left for my trip to Key West, I googled Emeralds International on 104 Duval Street in Key West. I was impressed with the website and decided to come check out their selection in person.
From the moment I entered the shop, I was very impressed. The shop is intimate and lovely and check out their excellent mural! The selection of men’s, women’s, and unisex jewelry is wide-ranging and unparalleled. I had my eye on a specific piece for a while and the individual I worked with, Carl, was absolutely spectacular. He doesn’t use high-pressure sales tactics and lets the buyer see what specific item speaks to them. I stayed over a week in Key West and went in a couple of times to check out the ring I ultimately ended up buying. Every single time I went in, Carl warmly greeted me and answered questions that I had. I decided, on my penultimate day in Key West, to buy the piece I had my eye on and I have no regrets. The price was fair, the craftsmanship exquisite, and the entire process was a sheer joy and pleasure.
In closing, if you go to Key West and want an emerald, go to Emeralds International. Ask for Carl. A consummate professional, charming, knowledgeable, and passionate about his products, he will set you up with the absolutely perfect piece.
