Island Comfort Mobility made our trip to Key West a success! My husband was able to go with us everywhere instead of being discouraged of the long walks! The scooter made all of the difference. I am so glad I looked online before we left! I recommend this company 100%! Their service was so easy to use. The scooter was at the hotel when we arrived and was picked up after we checked out. So glad this company exists!

We found Island Comfort Mobility a few years ago after renting bikes from several other places. Renting bikes in Key West can be pretty hit or miss, with many bikes in need of repair. We were surprised that Island Comfort mobility had much newer and high quality bikes than the others, they were also nicer looking. The company is under new management, but comes with the same great service. They are very willing to work with what you need, and will even pick you up at the airport and deliver you and your bike to your hotel or house. Highly recommend them for bike rentals.

This is a great place with good prices and excellent customer service. Don't understand the review that marks them down for location as they are only 4 miles from downtown old Key West. Also they offer free delivery and pick up. So definitely would recommend this place if you were in the need of a mobility scooter.

After the crush of New Years people left the island, we rented 2 bikes for some excellent cruises around the Island. Price good, No hustle. Choose them!

I have written about Island Mobility before and they are a super company to work with for your mobility needs, but today Craig went over and above call of duty, on a Sunday no less.
My wife and I went out to Fort Zack this morning to enjoy our coffee and listen to the ocean and enjoy the beautiful day here in Key West. While we sat there a black snake about 18" crawled over and went under my mobility scooter now neither of us like snakes so we were moving and making fools of ourselves so much we never saw if it crawled out from under my scooter and away. Now my wife has the fear much worse than I do but to be honest I too was thinking it went up in the battery pack area and is curled up there just waiting till we get home and then crawl out in our home. That was not an option we would have been moving tonight.
So I called Craig and he met me at his shop and took my scooter apart looking for the critter. We did not find him but that was service above what is expected and I now can park my scooter in the house and feel safe. These are good folks who care about their customers. If you are in need of a bike, scooter or mobility scooter while in Key West let Island Mobility help you out. Thank You Craig!

This was so much fun! We just got back from Key West FL and rented mobility scooters for only 24 hours but had such a great time! Craig delivered our scooters to our hotel/resort and we used them for that day! Picked them up the next morning! Made renting them sooooooo easy! Both him and his wife (Craig and Robin) were so friendly and very helpful!

Great service. We used 2 of their bikes during our stay in Key West. They dropped them off at our place for us and picked them up the day we left. Bikes were in good shape and came with locks, basket, and koozie. Took me all of 5 minutes to call them and set everything up with ease. Thanks again!

Great bike, friendly and attentive customer service, good price. Appreciated the drop off & pick up (on time no less!), comfy seat, funky Key West colors. I have rented bikes for years in Key West - for guests when I owned a condo, now for myself when I visit. This was the best experience by far. Don't be fooled by the scooter specialization. They have bikes too!

We arranged to have 6 bikes delivered, one with a child seat. I forgot to ask for a helmet for the child seat but Craig made sure he brought one. The bikes were the best we have ever rented in Key West. They were fun colors, worked great and did not have any tacky bike rental signs on them. We had another guest arrive later in the week and Craig delivered another one the same day. He and his wife, Robin are extremely accommodating and hard working. We will rent bikes from them anytime we are in Key West.

Planning a trip for feb 26 th - March 5 th. If i do bike rental for these days could I pick them up on daily basis? Might not ride everyday but thought weekly rate might be cheaper.

Cost to rent the bikes? How much advance notice needed if going over Easter? Be there two days, staying at the opposite end of the attractions at the Best Western by the airport. No car, taking the ferry down.

Hi, thank you for inquiry. Our beach cruiser bikes come with helmets, locks, lights and a kroozie. For a two day rental for one bike is $26.75 that is with tax and no charge for delivery or pick up. It works out best if you can make a reservation two days in advance, so we can make sure and have the bike(s) ready and waiting for you, that way you have no down time waiting and can start vacationing ASAP!
