Such a fun bar to stop at while walking along Duval Street! The bartender was super friendly and those key lime shots were dangerous! LOL

The smallest bar in Key West is one of the coolest places you’ll ever find. Not only was the bartender, super friendly and personable, but he was knowledgeable. I he even was kind enough to make a non-alcoholic drink Shirley Temple for my 15 year old daughter. I also featured this Smallest Bar in my blog Unique Finds of Florida on Facebook. I highly recommend it, especially if you love unique and different places.

the best smallest bar! great staff and overall experience there. The prices were fair for K. West and the jokes were fun !! Def recommend! BTW, we didnt go in when they were open and ask if they were open ! and bought drinks, then took pics. WE LOVED IT !!!

Very rude guy working at 5:00 on Wednesday, May 11. We have been coming to KW for the winter for 10 yrs and frequent this place. We were here for 2 weeks again now in May with 8 friends and we’re excited to bring them here. We stopped by a couple days ago but our full party wasn’t here. We walked by today with everyone and wanted to take a picture outside the entrance. The guy working said do you want a drink? I said no, we were here the other day but didn’t have everyone with us. He yelled in front of everyone THEN GET OUTTA HERE!! Extremely uncalled for since we love that place.

We ducked in to get out of a down-pour with several others. The bartender (very young fellow) was super entertaining with jokes and an off-color sense of humor. Had a couple beers and that was enough for us. The Key Lime shots seems to be the focus, but like many others reported, very expensive and doubtful of the content. We enjoyed chatting with other tourists, like ourselves just out for a fun night of bar-hopping.

Eh.... yup. We got suckered into stopping by the Smallest Bar because "Why not, we're in Key West!" But, good lord... what a ripe off! I guess the $14 we paid for 2 tiny shots of a sugary key lime drink in a tiny plastic 1oz cup was the price we had to pay to get our selfie in front of the sign and to say we had been there. The bartender could not be bothered to even acknowledge us. There was a man sitting on a bar stool that suggested the key lime shot. We wondered after is he was just a plant to sucker tourists. Oh well, one and done for us.

The barman was unbelievably rude. We were a group of four and wanted to sit down, one of the bar stools had beer spillage on it which I politely pointed out, his response was ‘live with it’. We should have left then as it was quite clear he didn’t want our custom. However, I took the bar towel off the bar and wiped down the stool, at which point the barman screamed ‘what the f**k are you doing? Get the f**k out of my bar’!
We are two couples in our 60s, we were in Key West to celebrate a 70th birthday, we are not hooligans and we were very shocked.

My husband and I went into the empty bar on Thursday, March 10th and asked the bartender if they were open because there wasn’t anyone in there. He rudely replied “no we aren’t”. We began to walk out, when 2 men walked in and ordered drinks. When I asked the bartender why he told us it was closed but then served them, he again rudely replied “we’re always open, why would you be so stupid and ask that?” I have worked in the service industry for years and have never been spoken to this way. I am appalled this man works here and still has a job the way he treats people. The other men also left the bar because he was so rude. When we walked by 5 minutes later, it was empty. I guess he didn’t want to work today. Very upsetting experience, one of the worst I’ve ever had at a bar. There’s no reason to talk down to people like that.

Do yourself a favor and do not go near this place! Total scam! Asked for two Tito’s and tonic, poured something called miller’s from a green bottle, 21 dollars for two drinks. Didn’t pay that much for two drinks the whole length of Duvall!

WARNING HERE -- Horrendous customer service, good luck getting a response or call. Incorrectly overbilled so did a chargeback on CC, tried to resolve it by contacting them like an adult but no respect of a reply, so had to handle it that way. Still have not received a statement, asked numerous times. Stayed two nights/three days in July 2021 -- location is great, suites are not fancy but all you need, TV didn't work and they really didn't care, guys running the bar were absolutely the least friendly people on earth. Planned to have many drinks there and we were excited about that, but didn't have a single one, we felt so unwanted. Other places got our significant food and bar spend. Would get zero stars if not for the location. Many other great spots there, like Truman properties, make that choice instead. Legit saddened to write this review two months later.
