By observing CDC guidelines and not packing your boats full of unmasked people. There is a pandemic going on! It makes me wonder how many people you've caused to be infected by Covid.

The boat left late and even though it says it has air conditioning it was very hot inside and this was before anyone opened the doors to go stand outside. Before the boat could sale, the captain gave a 5 minute dissertation on why we had to wear masks inside. The glass Bottom is not the size of the full boat, It is two sections of the boat but the coral has no color and you don't see a lot of fish. Also the person who talked about the reef was supposed to be knowledgable, however, he read from notes and he didn't sound knowledgable at all. Also when I went to try to get a drink, there was no one behind the counter for a long time. Don't waste your money!!! There are plenty of other excursions in Key West.

We chose the Looking Glass through Viator. This was the single best vacation experience we've ever had. Ashley, the captain, was stellar. We walked down Front Street to the pier. We asked around and found the Looking Glass over to the right, a couple docks over. We signed a form, climbed in the boat, and were on our way. She took us around the bay, then took us to a natural sponge bed where we saw tangs and striped fishes. Then she took us to a remote island 14 miles off shore. It had gorgeous white sand and we were able to snorkle and look for shells. She spotted a dolphin pod and we went to them and sat for 45 minutes while they played and jumped and went under the boat! There were probably 15 dolphins with babies. Ashley pilots the boat very steadily so nobody got seasick. Of all the things we did in Key West, this was absolutely the highlight of the trip and worth every penny. The boat has a full cover so there's always shade, and she has a hose on board with fresh water for rinsing off. Such a Fantastic experience!

The Glass Bottom Boat Tour was disappointing. The tour lasted about 1.5 hours, instead of the stated 2 hours. We saw only a few small fish, nothing like what we were told we'd see. The audio was not clear and very hard to understand. It was an expensive boat ride. We do not recommend this .

We took the sunset cruise but it was too rough to see the reef or anything through the glass bottom which was disappointing. However, the crew made up for it by entertaining us with a harbor cruise until sunset.
