From now on when I go to Key West, I will preorder bikes from Eaton Bikes for the duration of our stay, have them delivered, and just relax on the island on our beach cruisers, no need for cars. My wife and I did this recently for our honeymoon and it was a blast! Chris was awesome at getting us our bikes, pointing out how to bike safely around the island, and recommending delicious food and fun things to do around Key West. Thank you so much Chris, we will be back!

Totally positive experience beginning with online reservations, timely bike delivery to our house, bikes in great condition, and easy access to all of Key West without the hassle of parking. Our group rode everywhere day and night.....grocery, beach, wharf, shopping, sightseeing, dinner, etc. Totally the way to go and they pick up your bike when you are finished..... couldn't have been easier.

I called Eaton Bikes on a Wednesday morning @ 9:00am and within 15min, 6 bikes were delivered! Incredible service!! Great bikes also! They came with front and rear LED lights along with a basket to haul all of our items. Chris and Danny run a tight ship over there. Highly recommended!

Eaton Bikes website gave me the opportunity to reserve a seven day bike rental during Fantasy Festival 2021.
The bike's front and rear lights allowed me the freedom to ride before sunrise to capture the cotton candy colors of the morning light using my phone to take photos.
My phone's map guided me to explore as far as Cudjoe Key, stopping at outdoor markets in Sugarloaf Key.
A phone with the Florida Keys weather, map and music complimented my bike adventure.... I carried my phone in a waterproof bag with a charged battery.

It sounds like you planned for success, and got it! Fantasy Fest is a great time of year to be in the keys, exploring off Duval is frequently overlooked and can be just as enjoyable seeing the wildlife without costumes!

Out of everything we did during our 7 day vacation, renting bikes through Eaton was the easiest and most affordable. I called last minute after arriving in key west and realizing how far our hotel was from everything. They delivered 3 bikes within 30 minutes and sent us a picture showing where they left them. All we have to do when we are done with them is text them a pic of where we leave them. They had lights on the front and back. Thankfully they didn’t charge us a fortune either. Bikes are a must and Eatons is the company to use!!

I reserved 2 bicycles via a phone call (1/24/22) for our upcoming vacation - February 12 for one week. Couple days later I found out the place we’ll be staying in has bikes for our use. I called Eaton today (1/27/22) and they told me they don’t issue refunds as it is their policy. I looked over my email receipts and no where on my them does it state their policy. The man I spoke to was quite rude to say the least. He stated again it was store policy for no refunds. After the phone call I read through their web site and yes under terms n policies it does state such but………I ordered on the phone and nothing was mentioned about their policy. We’re going to use their bikes since we’ve paid for them but think they behaved very unprofessionally.

Renters, we offer the best rentals in Key West and a discount for bookings. We offer refunds for a small number of reasons, and discounted rates for reservations. If you are unsure, please wait to book, this allows us to focus on the bikes and keep our rates low.

Rented bikes from Eaton Bikes for a 5 day stay. The bikes were delivered to our hotel prior to our arrival and I received a text with a photo of the bikes and the lock combination. The bikes were in great condition and rode well all week...zero issues! Customer service prior to our trip was excellent and the prices were very competitive for a week rental. I don't know why I'd choose a different company to rent bikes from in the future!

Reserved two adult beach cruisers online, arranged for their delivery to our condo, where they were waiting for us upon arrival. Bikes were in excellent condition and we had no problems, large or small, with either of them during our stay. There’s a reason the folks that are the local experts on the KW forum recommend them. Highly recommend them from our experience as well.

This was my first time ever to Key West. I have worked in customer service for over 25 years and Ill say Eaton Bikes was over the top with not only customer service but hospitality! Hurricane ETA caused a 3 day delay in my flight, had to move out of the condo we leased due to it was leased to someone else and into a different location, Eaton Bikes offered at no charge to move our bikes if we needed. Great service, caring folks and generally great people!! Great job Eaton Bike family! Many companies could learn from your examples!

Eaton Bikes does such a nice job on their bike rentals. Their online reservation form is simple and easy.
Their drop off driver (Chris) treats you like an Ambassador to Key West, so friendly and helpful and brings the bikes to your door step - with great communication.
Their pickup process is even easier. Just text them and let them know your bike is ready to be picked up.
Definitely rent the helmet from them too - lots of scooters, pedestrians and cars. You don't want to take a spill and ruin your vacation.
There are a lot of bike rentals in KW - but Eaton Bikes is THE place!

Hello, I saw your review of the bike rentals. My wife and I are doing the same thing next week, with limited time. Do you have any recommendations where to go or just go explore? I would welcome any tips you may have. We are renting from Eaton and they are dropping off/picking up by port. Are there any maps available?

Thanks so much. That makes it simple. Breakfast on the boat, bikes at 9 and head down Whitehead Street. Maybe stop at Sloppy Joes at the end. I love touring cemeteries! My son went to college in Savannah and they have some unusual ones as well.

Want to book 7 days hire over Christmas. Although a competent cyclist have not used a cruiser--Is it easy to get used to?
We would want to hire 2 bikes for the week. How much is the charge and is there a 20% discount?

Yes, beach cruisers are very easy to operate. Some people find that the back-pedaling brakes (instead of hand brakes) take a few minutes to get used to if they've never used them before, but it becomes second nature after awhile. Cruisers are $55 per week each, so $110 plus tax for two. If you book online (search Eaton Bikes), you can schedule your bike types, dates and delivery/pickup locations, as well as saving 10% at checkout with promo code Eaton007. Thanks for contacting us!

Yes, we do have kid's seats, which have a 45-pound limit. We also rent 16" kid's bikes for larger children, as well as trailers to pull behind bikes (80 pound limit).

If I want to rent 2 bikes from 4/24-4/25 and have it al day 4/24 and all day 4/25 is that considered 1 or 2 day rental? Thanks.

Hello! The rental period is 24 hours, so if you rented at 8am on the 24th, one day's rental would be due back at 8am on the 25th. A 2-day rental would be due back at 8am on the 26th. So for your time period, that would be considered a 2-day rental. Let us know if you have any other questions!
