Easily the worst treatment we received on our entire vacation to the keys. Very uninviting to tourists. You're bombarded at the door demanding to see ID before you ever get to even attempt to order a drink. I understand the importance of IDing but none of the many other bars in the area acted so aggressively. Drinks were mediocre at best. Bartender needs to take a class on how to talk to people. Clearly a spot for locals that is not welcoming to tourists. Would never step foot in this place again.

I live here for 6 years and I’ve never ever seen a bartender this rude in my life. The worst bartender ever. She was super rude and disrespectful. First i tipped her 50 percent then she was super rude and i decided to not to tip her. This blonde girl is super rude. I definitely do not recommend you guys to not to go there at all.

Im a local and come here pretty often. I came today and the bartender Is so drunk! Totally wasted. He charged me 18$ for each drink! When I always pay less than 12 each, plus she made me the WORST drinks ever. Ill never come back here

We were recommend to check this place out by a friend and we wish we didn't. Looked like a classy quant craft beer bar tucked on a corner of Green Street. Limited selection of craft beer and I could not find any one that I loved. Bar tender was cute and sweet and helpful. Sitting at the bar was awkward as you have to straddle a barrel with your legs. There are these things I can tolerate. What I could not tolerate was the owner and his drunken obnoxious friends screaming, dancing and offensive conversation. We paid got our beers in to go cups and ran for it. No thank you.

I agree!! I wish u didn't come in! We are a quaint local bar. We only have over 100 beers to choose from. U couldn't find a beer ???? We only have 3 areas to sit in: at the bar, in the wine room, & lounge area.
U walked into a bar! Customers were dancing & singing, & enjoying themselves? Ur in the wrong town !!!!

S & G just keeps getting better and better. We love the location. We love the drinks. We love the selection. And it is hard to find more pleasant people than Hannia, Kaitlyn, Valerie and Mel. We are on the island several times a year and get to this wonderful little place as often as possible.

I am shocked to read the previous review of "owners are friendly and welcoming" ! I live here and work in the restaurant business and my friend brought me in ... we knew some friends sitting on the couch and were hanging out there. The owner came by and GRABBED my two friends' beers straight out of their hands! Can we say: R U D E !? The professional thing would have been to come by and ask us to in the future ask for the beers at the bar and pay there. We did not know that we could not grab them from the coolers because at such places as Grand Vin and the Porch, you can do just that and pay up front. Well, it gets worse and worse.. needless to say I will not go back nor will I recommend this establishment to anyone ..ever!

My wife and I visit Key West several times a year from Philadelphia. About 5 years ago we happened into this great bar on a chance and were immediately greeted by the owner who struck me as one of the most friendly&genuine bartenders who I have ever met. Ever since then Shot and Giggles is our first, last and many stops in between while we are in Key West. They have a great beer and wine selection as well as tasty cocktails and shots(hence the name). The rest of the staff takes the lead from both owners and are all affable and terrific. We have met many locals and patrons in there who are fantastic people with great conversation. If you want a break from everything on the lower part of Duval Street all you have to do is walk 1 block away to a totally different experience.

My hubby and I LOVE this little gem of a locally-owned bar!! The owners are laid-back and super friendly, and so are their fun and attentive staff. I’ll be back in KW in a few weeks (I’m from Pennsylvania) and this will be my first stop, as always. We rang in the New Year with these terrific folks for the last few years, and a wonderful time was had by all! Cheers!!

Stopped in 3 or 4 times. The first visit was not so good because of the patrons. The bartender was nice enough but the customers were so loud she couldn't take my order. They were just rude. The following visits were real good. It's a locals bar that for the most part they will just stop in for a drink on the way home. They have a good selection of cold beer and the the service is very good. The bar is quite small with a bar that seats maybe 10 but it has two rooms connecting that accomodate more customers comfortably. If you are there in the evening they have the Woody Wagon outside that has great food. If it's a crazy day in KW you can get away from it here.

I had seen Shots and Giggles while traveling around town but never really had the time or inclination to stop in. A good friend of mine asked me to meet him there so I did. I'm definitely glad I did. The bartender (who was British I believe) was friendly and fun. We had a few craft beers and more friends came in and ordered some wine. It's a small place, but there's a very cool/romantic side room. I would recommend this place for sure.
