Rented a golf cart to tour stock island during our stay in Key West. The folks at Mile 0 Rentals could NOT have been easier to do business with. They drop off and pick up the cart at your location, give thorough instructions about all the safety features of the golf cart and even some nice touches (excellent blue tooth speaker). They also make sure one knows the legal issues for where to drive, park and wearing of seat belts. The cart had enough room for four to sit comfortably, storage for any purchased items and drink holders. But probably the BEST feature, they were much more reasonably priced than other rental companies we've used in the past. Definitely will use Mile0 Rentals next time we are in Key West.

During our trip to Key West, I booked through Mile 0, not knowing I would get the best customer service. Their communication, accommodations, and kindness were noticed from the very start. They allowed us to extend our 2-day rental to accommodate our flight changes. They also delivered and picked up the golf cart for easier service. Also, the speaker on the golf cart was hands down the best amenity. Highly recommend this company if you are needing a rental during your stay.

We can not say enough good things about our experience with Mile 0 Rentals. Lori & Johnny were amazing start to finish. The morning of our rental, the cart we were renting was returned by the previous guest a little late and the front headlight wasn’t working. They called right away and offered us a discount or extra time for the slight delay as they fixed the issue. Upon arrival, they reviewed the cart features— the golf cart itself was SO nice! 6 seater, big wheels, Bluetooth music system, built in cooler, etc. We had the cart for a day and a half and, truly— the time we spent scooting around in it was our most favorite of our whole vacation. Golf carts are great ways to see Key West and get around so easily. The owners were so flexible with us and couldn’t have been any nicer or easier to work with. I would hands down rent from them again and refer them to anyone I know headed to Key West. Thank you, Mile 0, for making our family vacation extra special!

I am not know for writing bad reviews but Mile 0 Rentals at the Key West got me so upset after I had done my reservation on line and Pay for it for the weekend of July 4th and then they have the face to tell me that since the golf car they had for me it broke and they could not fix it, they had to cancel my reservation and told me to call other places to try to find a rental for a weekend that is so busy like the 4th of July weekend. This left me so upset , stranded with my family expecting to go around the keys with the golf car and we can walk but I had brought my 80 year old dad that cannot walk for long distances and need the golf car rental to take him around town. They are the worst . I was lucky to have being able to find a rental at Fun Rental for which I recommend 100 % and I got for a cheaper price for the same day that I need it for. I dont see how Mile O rental have good reviews when they apparently do not care for their customers. I would not recommend Mile 0 Rental to anyone. I could not give them less that 4th since there is no other option otherwise I would have give a 0 for service. They left me so upset . They are so unprofessional and apparently don't care about their Customers. Do yourself a favor rent from Fun Rental. I would recommend Fun Rental 100% to everyone I know.

As the owner I hate seeing this. I see one reservation for a Marlene G in 2021 for a scooter. I see no other reservations for you. I do see we cancelled a reservation on Jul 1 for nonpayment to a Marlen R but I don’t think that is you. If this did happen we are truly sorry and understand the frustration it caused and are so glad you were able to find a cart. We cannot control when carts come back not rentable or a maintenance issue arises. But I assure you taking care of our customers is our number 1 priority.

What an outstanding end to end experience. Mile 0 went above and beyond any expectations: 1) the reservation process was quick and easy, 2) they brought the cart to our location, 3) they picked it up where where we parked it. They employees are easy to work with, we opted to communicate by text and they always responded within 10 minutes. I highly recommending using Mile 0.

The 6-passenger golf cart with cool lights and sound system is a fine machine. The staff were all great -- our cart was delivered and picked up and we got a nice "training session" about it. They were very responsive when we had questions. Definitely recommend Mile 0 rentals!

Mile 0 rentals was the best place we have rented With by far. We have been to Key West several times and each time we have rented with a different company. No more searching for that perfect company. Mile 0’s customer service is fantastic. We rented a premium golf cart with the upgraded seats, lights and stereo and loved it. Will definitely be renting with this company again on our next visit.

Mile 0 went above and beyond on insuring that our Key West experience was a great one! The employees are a great group to work with. Visiting Key West in July was so hot but the Golf Carts made it more pleasurable seeing the island. The equipment was in excellent condition and the teenagers loved the sound system and light bars on the golf carts.

We were going to skip getting transportation this time but with an injury in the family someone suggested a golf cart. After talking to another company and getting a weird vibe I found Mile 0 and am SO thankful I did. Great customer service, they were waiting at the airport when we landed and made everything so convenient. We rented for an entire week and it was the best decision! Such a great time!

Mike 0 rentals brought the golf cart to the airport to meet us when we landed picked up our rental when our time was up. They offered to pick it up wherever we were, which happened to be our condo, so we were able to enjoy a few more hours of vacation instead of picking early to return the golf cart.
