Booked nighttime kayak tour online on 3/31/2021, paid $136.00. Waited 2 hours for someone to show up to give us the tour. No one showed. The staff was rude that was there. No one could or would refund our money. It's it's now June 16, 2021 and I have yet to receive a refund. I'm in the middle of a dispute which I'm told I may or may not receive my refund as this is not an item but a service and the merchant has 90 days to respond. WTH? And for goodness sake people so teasing the macaw by the door! 😡😡😡😡

We did the JetSki tour of Key West. Our guides were Strother and Brady. I can't believe that we went all the way around the island in an hour and a half. We made several stops along the way to learn about the sights and history of the area.
The name of the tour should be called Wide Open Throttle! We were zooming all the way. It was super fun and our group's consensus was this was the highlight of our Key west adventure.
The equipment was in great shape, fast and fun. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The trip starts with a 10 minute "Get crazy" riding session in an open area. The guides turn you loose to ride 'em like you stole them. It's entertaining watching your tour mates open up the Jet Skis and run around.
If you like to get wet, go fast and see Key West from a different perspective, sign up, jump on, squeeze the throttle and HOLD ON!

We did the jet ski tour, had a great time! Request 9 and half Dan! He was a great tour guide!! We had the best weather and such a good time. Tour lasted about 1.5 totally worth it.

DO NOT BOOK A TRIP WITH THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! Look elsewhere. They canceled the trip and will not refund the money. They claimed it was to windy but it was not and we went with another group.

We went on a guided jet ski tour with Osiris as our guide. It was a great tour and a fantastic guide! Loved the scenery. Would highly recommend this tour and guide.
