Southernmost Ted was awesome. He told some of the stories we Had already heard, but in a unique and interesting manner. He filled in some details that we had not heard on our many trips. We highly recommend this trip for ghost chasers of all ages.

This was the third time I have done this tour and the second time with Ted as the guide. It was just as great as in the past and there were even some new stories added that I hadn't heard before. Ted does a great job not just telling ghost stories but also telling the history of the island and some of the unique people who have lived there. Its well worth the time and money, you won't be disappointed!

Ted was great!!! We had a great tour. Learned enough history to want to come back again. He handled a heckler (tour guest) like a champ and once that person wandered off, the tour was even better! He went through my 110 pictures and showed that I did capture some ghosts!!! Loved it. Thanks again!!!

We had a wonderful time on our ghost walk with Ted! He is extremely knowledgeable about Key West's history and its people which truly adds to his story telling. And is he ever a fun and animated story teller! Is it obvious that Ted has honed his craft over his career and enjoys his job. Come a skeptic, and you might leave as a believer!

Had an awesome ghost tour last night with Susan. What I loved about this tour is they are upfront with you. They aren’t there to scare you with made up stories or try to convince you into something. It’s all historical and first hand experience. Susan was engaging and interesting and truly made the tour worthwhile. Cannot recommend enough. We took a ghost tour a few years ago in Key West and it was all made up stories too exaggerated and ridiculous to believe so when I went to book this tour I spent a long time researching companies. With glowing reviews, I took a chance. So glad we did.

Maybe I had too high of expectations for this tour....
I really felt like our guide was reading off of note cards the entire time and was not very engaged, almost annoyed most of the time. About half way through I was over it and ready to leave. Some of the stories could have been interesting but in my opinion on a tour like this the guide can make or break the experience.

I feel very taken advantage of with this tour. We had a group of 5, the tour is supposed to be an hour and a half, we started late and the first 30 minutes the guy talked to us about things not haunted or ghosted related. Three of our friends left. We stayed in hopes to get better. It didn’t. I left and called asking for a refund-was on the phone for 45 minutes, have screen shots of every proof of payment, number, phone call and didn’t receive anything back. I emailed in the morning asking for help (3 times) she emailed me back saying she can’t help me. I still would love a refund but nobody will even acknowledge we had a bad time and it’s a scam. Hopefully this helps others

I am sorry this group did not enjoy their tour. They were loud and disruptive from the time they checked in after having imbibed heavily before the tour. Ten minutes before tour time, they were demanding we leave. The tour left on time at 9pm. They were loudly talking so the other guests couldn't hear and the tour guide had to keep stopping and waiting for them to quiet down. There is an 8 minute introduction to every tour talking about safety, how to take pictures, history of the Key West name, and terms used, before the first ghost story at Casa Antigua. (Ted's tour) Everything is ghost related, even the introduction. This group left after half the tour. One of the guests sent an email saying she had talked on the phone for 45 minutes to someone and was promised a refund. She also stated that the tour guide talked about his grandpa for 30 minutes. That of course was totally untrue and shows how she wasn't listening to the tour at all. She never called and talked to us
or to our ticket seller. I didn't know who she had talked to that promised her a refund and told her to call that person back, as we hadn't promised her a refund. (Researched the number and found she had talked to a third party ticket seller that had not sold her the tickets and had nothing to do with our tour) Subsequent emails talked about how the tour was a scam. Our award winning tour has been operating for 15 years with certificates of excellence and consistent 5 star reviews. It is certainly not a scam. We provided a 90 minute ghost tour and it was their choice to leave. They didn't get a refund because they didn't have a legitimate complaint, and we provided what they paid for. You don't go to a movie and leave half way through and get a refund because you didn't like it. We always do our best to provide a quality tour and hope it is well received. Perhaps if this group had actually been listening instead of annoying everyone around them, they would have enjoyed the tour more!

This was a fine walk around town and I enjoyed learning about the history and we even think we got a spirit on camera! However, it was very hot and some of the stories were way too long and not very dramatic (without actual ghost sightings involved) and the guide's attempt at humor fell flat so we ended up losing part of the group before the end. I did like how he pointed out how to capture the spirits on camera which appealed to the kids.

We attended this with a group of friends and we had a good time. The guide is REALLY into ghosts and will often see them when others don't. He did a good job of sharing some stories and a little history. I would have liked to have visited a few more places and heard some more history of the island.

Ted is awesome! He was an excellent host and really knows the history of the area well. I'm not gonna lie; I'm fairly sure I experienced a ghostly moment while on the tour. I felt what I thought was a tree branch poke my head, reached back, didn't think much of it. Ten minutes later, Ted mentioned that people get poked often near that spot behind the church graveyard. My mom nudged me and reminded me that I had felt something there; she had noticed because she found it odd that I would swatting the bush that was 3 feet behind me (not even close to touching me.) Needless to say, a fun and spooky night! Reasonably priced, and a nice, leisurely stroll.

Do we get to go and see Robert the doll on the Key West and Ghost Tour?

Robert is at the East Martello Museum out by the airport, about three miles from the tourist area, so you won’t see Robert. You will hear all about him, see pictures, and see the house where he was originally. Some very strange things still happening in that house!!!

I'm sorry you had a problem with the reservation system, they do stop taking online reservations one hour before tour time. But if you call the number on our site either the number for Zerve or 305-292-2040 we can definitely accommodate you at just about any time. Sorry for the mix up, but give me a shout at 305-292-2040 and I'll set things right.
