Hit this wreck after two days of bad weather and dives cancelled. All was planned with Lost Reef Adventures. My buddy went for his Adv OW as part of his 5 required dives but four were on the Vandy. First day- pretty rough seas- 4-7' swells. You can tell seas are rough when no-one on the Dive boat wants to... More

So much to explore.... From tech divers to beginners the vandy has lots to offer! Watch your air closely I sucked a tank down pretty quick my first time.... Went back a couple times and redeemed myself!

We happen to hit this wreck when visibility was about 80 ft! Huge American Flag off the mast from the Wounded Warriors... Barracuda and Pink Jellies everywhere... Love It!!

It's worth a few extra dollars to have a guide go with you since the wreck is so large. I saw a massive Moray eel but unfortunately no sharks.

The shipwreck is amazing and huge, but often water currents are quite strong, air hogs need to watch their air supply all the time, there is a lot of moving and air goes really fast. Tons of swim throes, many open rooms to visit inside during the dive, penetration possible but I recommend taking a guide. Visibility at times is... More

This is the second largest artificial reef in the world. We went out with Southpoint Divers (exceptional boat, shop, and crew). It's a deep dive but my buddy and I stayed around 80 feet and had to 40 minute dives. The current was rippin' pretty good but the view descending is awesome. Lots of critters and corals made for some... More

Bumped into a goliath grouper on the way down. Great visibility today. No big currents. Fabulous dive.

It is just magnificent to go inside. Make sure you get a dive master to guide you if it is first time.

This amazing 500 ft wreck was was sunk to create an artificial reef that will help save the ecology by taking pressure off the natural reefs. In addition it also helps the local economy and provides a wonderful dive location for divers of every level. So if you're a beginner or a PADI dive master take advantage of this unique... More

This was a great dive. We did a double dip. I can't wait to come back after more time has passed to get more sea life growing on it.
