More expensive than others and cart was sooooo slow. The Golf Cart read “will not go more than 25mph on public roads”, however this cart went 10mph, I sh*t you not. I went by one of those traffic meters that show how fast you are going, it clocked me at 10mph, with the pedal all the way down. I also have a speedometer app…10mph. The company is also very hard to get I touch with AFTER you rent. They do not answer the phone hardly ever, and NEVER answer text. Gave 2 stars, but considered 1, but it didn’t breakdown on us.

I loved the idea of renting the golf cart and like others, originally rented a 6-seater for the extra space but we could have gone with a 4-seater. Unfortunately, the guys at the rental location wouldn’t let us make the change. The emergency brake didn’t work so we found a big rock to put underneath the back tire (seriously?!) when we had to park on a slope. The cart didn’t go very fast but otherwise it was sufficient for our purposes. I’d probably do a little more research and find another place the next time around, to be honest.

We couldn’t pick our color scoot coupe because only one was working so that was a disappointment. We received an email to be there 15 minutes early and when we were the guy at the counter wouldn’t help is until exactly 9am. He was not friendly, hardly taught us how to use it, not nice when we returned. The scoot coupe itself was fun to ride around key west in.

I want to Thank Fun Rental for being able to get me a golf car at the last minute when Mile 0 Rentals at Key West cancelled my Paid reservation because according to Mile 0 Rental the golf car that they had for me broke and they could not fix it nor provide me with another one on a Busy 4th of July weekend. I was so Lucky to have met Fun Rental which was close to my hotel The Laurette Key West and got me the golf car to be able to take my family around the keys west. We were 9 adults and 3 children and was able to get two golf for the entire family. I had bought with me my 80 year old dad who could not walk for long distances and the golf car was the best solution. I would recommend FUN Rentals 100% for their service, professionalism and being able to assist due to being left stranded by Mile 0 Rental with no golf car and no solution to fix the problem that was there's not my. Do yourself a favor rent from Fun Rentals. While driving my golf car a couple asked us who rented the car from and told them G0 with FUN RENTAL they are the BEST!!!!!OUTSTANDING :) Thank you so much

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The "manager' Mike is terrible with customer service he does not know how to treat people or work with the public. Also, the company is not organized at all, I made a reservation for February 14 and specified on the notes to my order a specific color I wanted. After driving for 5 hours from Miami, the manager did not help at all and did not give us the car we requested or even offered a solution. His attitude was the worst I would never recommend this place! Do not rent from here!!!!

We had so much fun! We rented a 4-person golf cart and it was the cheapest option in Key West. They were incredibly helpful and very easy to deal with. They were also very accommodating in letting us extend our rental for a cheaper price.

The cart we were given was super slow compared to others we saw similar to ours while driving around. The parking brake didn’t work well and it just seemed old.
We also didn’t care for the service by phone or in person by the attendant who assisted us. Not very friendly at all and non responsive by phone.
Would suggest to look elsewhere.

I give this company 0 stars my wife just rented with this company today and the golf cart broke down in the middle of the street and she needed to have help from others to push the cart off to the side of the road. She called for help and of course no one picked up, she finally received a call back and they brought out another cart, when she returned the replacement she complained about being stranded with the cart, the person at the desk was rude and made crude remarks to my wife that were unprofessional and are a poor representation of the company he works for or owns. I strongly suggest that if you plan on renting from anyone else but Fun Rentals Key West, I'd do my research and go to the next company on your web search. I plan on filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau this can't continue.

Didn’t end up renting a golf cart. The person renting was coughing on us with no mask. His golf carts were all janky, one with an upside down steering wheel. He was flippant saying “everything breaks sometime or other.” Stuck his tongue out at us when we said we didn’t feel safe riding his vehicles. He said, “Good luck getting your money back. It’s a 48 hour cancelation policy.” Completely unprofessional and not safe.

I booked a 6 seater on line. They are located off highway 1, just outside of downtown. I booked to help my older parents get around town better. Carts are just like cars there, so you have to pay for parking in downtown key west . But it's much easier to do in a cart versus car. It was very easy and quick to pick up. The cart was in great shape. Gas tank was full. They have an after hours key drop, which worked out perfectly... Take the cart back and head out of town. You can leave your personal car in the parking lot.. Free I will definitely rent from them again. Shannon
