Ok prepare yourself. It is not for everyone. Lots of shops and gift shop but many attractions for adults. Bars and funny adult gifts. I am amazed at the families with younger kids walking through and over intoxicated adults having fun around them. Families I...More

Busy as can be and truly a tourist trap, Duval St doesn't disappoint the people watcher or the music lover. Bars line the streets along wit shops galore. Though a bit crowded fun nonetheless!

So many things to see, places to shop, people watching, places to eat. Just go and enjoy your walk. This reminds me a lot of New Orleans and it has that vibe of coolness and fun. Would highly recommend you check when the cruises come...More

Duval street is equivalent to Bourbon St in New Orleans. Lots of bars, shopping...one end is higher end restaurants and the other end is more pubs and bars with live bands. Definitely want to experience Duval if you're traveling to Key West.

Great street to walk. Lots of good shopping and great foods. You can find whatever you want on Duvall street. At night it turns into a bar\entertainment street. Be careful of the lady selling late night hotdogs and sausage near the jewelry shop. She tried...More

It is a perfect day trip up the keys! Be aware traffic can get heavy, but that is something we do every time, all the way to Islamorada!

I would suggest staying in a middle key like islamorada or marathon. The hotel rates are more affordable. I usually stay on islamorada but I stay in very basic motels. I spend most of my time outside anyway! I would suggest... More
