About Sailors Choice Party Fishing Boat
The Sailors Choice fishing boat in Key Largo, Florida is a custom built, all aluminum, 65-foot party fishing boat that’s U.S. Coast Guard certified for up to 49 passengers. Families and children are welcome and no fishing experience is required! Our courteous and friendly crew will assist you, whether you’re interested in some pointers on best fishing practices or just need someone to help clean and fillet your catch. Our price includes everything you need to fish (rod, reel, bait, and tackle). We predominately catch snapper and grouper, but we’ve hooked everything from amberjack to wahoo aboard the Sailors Choice. Catch and release or keep to eat. Our group fishing trips depart daily from the beautiful Holiday Inn Marina, just a short boat ride to the fishing grounds in the Atlantic Ocean. In addition to our daily public trips, the boat can also be chartered for private groups.

Response from Joe H, Owner at Sailors Choice Party Fishing Boat

"Bullied" I assure you that noone on this crew is bullied we are a very CLOSE crew and refer to each other as family. Kishan and Andrew are like brothers, they do everything together. I challenge you to find a closer crew anywhere in the keys. We often joke around with each other and I apologize if anything we were joking about was taken out of context and perceived as bullying. I assure you we were joking as we often do. Kishian brought this review to our attention and is the most upset, that it was perceived he was being bullied. Kishan and another Captain were off that day and came out fishing they were not working. They fished on the front of the boat to stay out of the way of customers and other crew members. Because we are such a close crew we often help our customers, even on our days off when we are out fishing. We understand how this could be confusing and you thought Kishian was working. Therefore the Captain only used Andrew's name when reminding customers that the crew works for tips "Trigger fish" (Gray) must be 12" to the fork, the measurement from tip to tail may be longer and it is still not legal to keep. NOONE on this crew kept your fish. In fact when we are off duty and fishing we often give our fish to customers! If you did not claim your fish at the dock which is often the case we simply give it to another customer. We DO NOT KEEP any fish that were caught by any of our customers!! I apologize that our joking around was perceived as bullying, this is simply not who we are. I hope that you will give us another opportunity in the future to see that.
