Set 15 minutes from Miami, on the way to Key Biscayne, theres a sliver of a beach along the scenic causeway. The constant traffic whooshing nearby would mar any relaxation this beach could afford. We drove on to the great beaches on the Key, just...More

Average beach with lots of young people partying. One had a tent set up with their own DJ. Felt bad for the people trying to relax.

Que Rico! The beach it's always a good idea, at least for me, specially on a winter Miami day like this past Sunday. For the first time I walked, took pictures and breath in the amazing pure air of the Rickenbacker Causeway. There were people...More

It is a very good place for a walk and bike. There are water sports lessons, as a sailing, windsurf and kitesurf. Pets are permitted. If you want a place to think about your life, it is a good beach to go and see the...More

Take Exit 1A off I-95 to drive across the Causeway. You won't be sorry as you can stop for pictures or to splash in the water at small beaches along the way. A must for those visiting this beautiful oceanside city!

Gorgeus view, so nice place but everywhere broken glass, plastic, fecal dogs, loud music. Cars continually left on while parked (in parking lots) produce toxic fumes which are inhaled by those nearby the vicinity. Very dangerous for the health and the enviroment. WHAT A SHAME....More

Met friends for an early morning run over the bridge. Litter litter every where. What a shame. Gorgeous views but yuck.

July 18, 2018 The beach is covered of trash, plastic, bottles, loud music. It is a shame. The Florida Departement of health determined that there is too much fecal matter to make swimming safe.

Dirty. Fairly strange people. Did not feel safe. Trash everywhere. Broken glass on the beach and in the water. Dirty water too. Only if your dog needs a swim, it might work. I would not step in the water or sand without my water shoes.

A crew of us went at 4pm to SUP and bring the dogs out. It is shallow for a longs ways out. We had to walk out the paddle boards past the seagrass. The timing was good because we were able to enjoy the sunset....More
