We had a great time on our 60 minute airboat swamp tour! We were looking for a socially distanced activity away from the crowds and this was perfect! Our captain was knowledgeable, friendly and funny, and showed us a variety of wildlife on the tour. We loved learning about the environment, animals and vegetation on the lake. We saw a variety of birds, a turtle, a few crocodiles and a couple of nests being guarded by croc moms. I highly recommend Kissimmee Swamp Tours when you are ready to get away from the bustle of the city and experience some nature with a fun air boat ride!

We took the teenage grandsons to this Swamp air boat tour. I found the information on visitorlando.com. The Kissimmee Swamp Tours web site was very professional with plenty of information. It was highly rated. Well we were not disappointed and were very pleased with the tour and the guide, Mark. Mark was very informative and gave us an excellent tour. Since it was mid July, we were able to observe a few alligator nests. The mama gators were definitely guarding their nests and immediately showed their protective instincts when the boat got close, complete with hissing and rising up. This was a true nature experience up close. There also are plenty of unique birds on this tour to observe including an eagle. We had a funtime and the experience gave us great lasting memories.

We did an 11:15 tour and had a great time. We saw lots of alligators most of the baby variety but from the little ones on up to fully mature gators. We could get the boat within feet of them and they seemed totally unbothered by our presence. We also saw a large turtle and many bird species including a bald eagle.

We stopped a few times and the captain would explain what we were seeing and answer any questions. As we were motoring around every one was linked up with headsets so we could talk with each other and the captain.

A few times the captain opened the throttle up a little to show what the airboat could do which was fun as well. There were four of us on the boat and it was very comfortable.

It is a bit of a drive to get here from Orlando but every one in our group really enjoyed it. You won't see a bunch of houses along the lakeshore so it seems petty wild which is what we wanted. Definitely a winner.

We had been looking at a few air boat tours around the Disney area and decided of this one and we were not disappointed.
Really easy to book through the website and it was a fantastic place right off the beaten path! We were staying to near to the Disney area and it took us around 1hr20mins to get there but we’ll worth it.
The area is vast and really natural so there’s wildlife everywhere you look and plenty of Alligators, we were able to see some bigger ones and also some babies. They take a photo of you and it’s $6 which was nice so we had that and the cost isn’t overly expensive (unlike some of Disney)
Really glad we did this and would highly recommend it even with younger children.

One of the most wonderful things I have done. An airboat is an amazing invention and the wildlife it allows you to observe up close is stunning. Our captain, Bill, was the perfect mix of knowledge, jokes and quiet to let us appreciate the very special environment of the lake. The engine is quite loud and a jacket is a good idea even when in mid 70s. The ride is very smooth and great fun in itself. So special!

Their 90 minute swamp tour was the best thing we did during our week long Orlando trip! The cost was the most reasonably priced thing we did while in Orlando and definitely the most memorable. It was even better than watching our NFL team play in Florida!
The owner was accommodating, knowledgeable, honest, and answered his phone at night. The office ladies were helpful, friendly and personable. We chatted, and they shared stories about the area and recent hurricane.
Our guide had eagle eyes. He pointed out eagles, birds, and all ages of gators. In their natural habitat, those guys hide but he found a bunch! We went to a nest of baby alligators that he had found earlier. He stopped the boat for about 10 minutes and we watched about 40 hatchlings. They scattered when we arrived and slowly came back. We saw them eat and listened to them call mom.
The tour office is actually in the midst of the swamp. It put us in the experience from minute 1. The longer car drive from Orlando meant we saw the surrounding rural towns and farms in the area adding to the adventure.
I recommend this adventure to all ages. It’s a bucket list experience and you probably don’t know it! Next time we will do the 4 hour tour to an island…

This was not our first swamp tour, but we had seen all the great reviews and wanted to head down to Lake Kissimmee and experience Kissimmee Swamp Tours. We were not disappointed! We were a group of 5 (boats seat up to 6) and booked a 1 hour tour to see gators and wildlife. Captain Rob was fantastic - friendly and funny! We were provided with mic'ed headsets which made it perfectly easy to hear all the details of what we were seeing without losing our hearing from the engine, and ask questions if we had any. Gators, birds of many types & cows (LOL!) - educational experience with beautiful scenery on a beautiful day in central Florida. Highly recommended!

Unsure what to expect but we had a great time. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we parked, and our tour guide Chris was informative and funny (as long as you like dad jokes!) We did the 90 min tour and I would definitely recommend it to get a real feel for the area and local wildlife. We saw a large variety of birds, turtles, gators, fish and even some cows!

We wanted to experience nature and get away from the parks for a little while. The drive to Kissimmee Swap tours was easy and we were able to experience a bit of the Florida countryside, From the time we got to the location to the end of our tour, it was fantastic!! Customer Service personnel and the Tour Guide deserve 5+ stars!!! Booking a time slot was easy and professional. We took the hour tour and the guide was so knowledgeable. We experienced eagles in flight and in a nest, gators BIG and all sizes and so many birds and flowers The guide also gave us a history of the area and conservation efforts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for couples, families, kids -- you won't regret this experience!!

It was an amazing experience! The tour started at 9.30 in the morning, which was apparently a very good time of the day to spot alligators! As there was a lot of rain the day before and a little bit colder, the alligators came out of the water to get some warm sunshine! The guide was great and very knowledgeable about the animals we saw and the area. The lady in the shop was also very nice and friendly! The worth of every dollar and you will immediately notice that they really love their job! I highly recommend this tour!
