We normally start our walk to the beach from Pelican Lake, where there is always a flock of white ibises grazing close to the gazebo on the south side of the lake. Parking for 20 or so cars is available at the playground. Access to...More

A nice, shaded pathway takes you around the entire lake with plenty of benches to relax and a park for the kids to play at right across from the lake.

This is a nice park to walk. You can also walk over to the beach here. This is a very quiet park where you can walk your dog.

Great place to enjoy your exercise or to just stroll at your leisure around the lake. Always wild birds and activity in the area. Not a far stroll to the ocean down one of the easily located paths. Love to come in the early morning.

No dogs are allowed in the lake. Dogs must have a leash on them when they are walked around the lake, too. They also are not allowed at the beach.....
