My grown children and I have experienced numerous escape games throughout the US and even one in Europe. So I feel fairly knowledgeable about them. This one, Atlantis was very disappointing. The set and scenery were very poorly put together. I understand when you are privately owned you may not be able to invest in the same type of sets as chain games but this one looked as if very little effort was put into it. Numerous items were hand painted, shabbily. This interfered with the playing of the game. The game itself did not really match the name. Also, regular locks were used making the game less authentic to the set. I have played other games that are low budget and I am fine with it as long as it is enjoyable, but this one just left me frustrated and disappointed. I think our game master was new and had not learned how to get small nudges to keep the game flowing. At the end when she asked did we have a good time, I was honest and said not really. Then she asked us to stop for our picture, we declined and she stated that we had to have our picture made. We just walked out with her sort of following us insisting. That just made the whole experience even more frustrating. I will say if you have not experienced many games, you may find this one okay. I think since I have played so many I have higher expectations than others. So I am not saying absolutely don't go. Just go knowing that it is not one of the best out there.

4 of us girls went to this! No one had been before but it was too much fun! Would recommend anyone to do this and especially since it is cooler weather you are indoors and have to use your grey cells!

This was our first Escape Room experience and won't be our last. We did Apollo 920 and had a blast. There were 3 of us, one being a teen. I had always thought you needed a bunch of people to do an escape room but we found that the 3 was enough. We were glad it was just us. Not sure if we would have had such a good time with strangers. If the first availability for the room of your choice is more than a few hours out, you can call and see if there is an earlier time available. We did that. That is probably how we got our private experience.
