So much fun for the whole family. I wasn’t sure if this would be a hit but my boys (including my husband) had the best time. They all have talked more about their time on the segways than anything else we did on vacation. Don’t skip - so fun! After listening to our tour guide, we’re going to need to return for a month to see all the cool things around the island that she showed us. Thanks for having us!

Enjoyed a great Segway experience with Casey. My husband and I have ridden Segways all over Florida, in Spain, Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, as you might guess, we love them! So on a recent visit to the west coast of Florida I was very excited to find this tour available on Anna Maria Island. Casey was great, knowing we were experienced riders she gave a good safety talk but got us underway quickly once she saw we knew how to handle them. We had never been to Anna Maria Island so it was nice that Casey interspersed a bit of history and information into the tour as we explored the north end of the island. It had rained heavily the previous day so we had to do some creative puddle dodging, but Casey handled it all very well and made the tour fun and informative. We rank this tour up there with some of the other great experiences we’ve had and highly recommend this company.

What an awesome experience. Casey did a great job communicating all the necessary details before the scheduled experience and confirmed the committed day. She clearly taught us how to ride the Segways and made the learning process easy and safe. The Bradenton Riverwalk Tour was fantastic. Casey taught us about the flora and fauna with recommendations about restaurants and music venues. We went to a variety of different and beautiful areas and had the best time. I would recommend Casey at Zegway by the Bay to anyone looking for a unique adventure.

Neither my husband nor I had ever ridden a Segway before. Based on the Trip Advisor reviews, we decided to give this a try. Casey was very accommodating when scheduling and had great communication. She met us on time and gave us thorough instructions how to mount, dismount and ride the Segway. We practiced a few minutes in the parking lot and were quickly off to see the Venetian waterway and beaches. The Segways were remarkably easy to maneuver, and great balance is not required. Casey narrated throughout our entire tour, and pointed out different types of vegetation and wildlife. She stopped halfway to walk to the beach, which was a nice opportunity to stretch our calves (they get quite a workout, even though you don't realize it!). On our way back, Casey gave us lots of ideas about places to visit, things to do/see and places to eat. We wished we had done this at the start of our trip rather than the end, because she had great suggestions that we didn't know about. It was a very enjoyable tour and we highly recommend booking with Casey.

My mom and I were in town for a girls week and spent our first morning experiencing the two hour Segway tour all around Anna Maria Island. We typically do a Segway tour upon arrival as we travel to get the lay of the land + learn from the locals. Casey is extremely knowledgeable about the area and provided a very memorable experience. This was probably one of my favorite Segway tours! One of the features provided were walkie talkies in a little bag for each Segway so we could hear Casey's commentary throughout the ride without her having to yell to us the information we needed to hear. We had so much fun and really got a good exploration of the island, which is seven miles long!

Did the Venice tour with Casey. What a great time we had. After a quick lesson to get familiar with the Segway we went up the intercostal waterway trail to Casperson beach. The Segway was very easy to maneuver. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to balance on it but honestly it was never an issue. Even going around curves was extremely easy. Casey is so personable which made the experience even better. Always wanted to do a Segway tour and having such a great experience I would definitely do again and go to the other locations that Zegway By The Bay offers. Thanks Casey!!

Casey was great! This tour far exceeded my expectations. The segways were fun and easy to operate. Casey talked to us over the handheld radios the entire time explaining the island and it’s history. Great way to start your vacation on the island as you will get the lay of the land. Highly recommend.

An excellent tour from a very knowledgeable guide Casey .
A great way of seeing the island and learning some of its history .
A quick 10 minute safety lesson is then followed by 1 hr and 50 minutes and 8 miles of great fun .
I would highly recommend Casey and this tour .

The Segway tour was great and the staff was nice and knew a lot about the island. We learned quickly with their lessons on how to ride. We saw the island and could hear the guide from the walkie talkie they out on our Segways. Very fun!

Our family loved this experience! We were vacationing with our 16 and 19 yo daughters, and wanted to do something other than the beach. Go in the morning when it’s cooler. We did the Bradenton river walk tour, and Kayce was an awesome tour guide. She put us all at ease and had us rolling in no time (none of us had ever operated a Segway before). She was fun and knowledgeable, and we all agreed it was a favorite experience for the week.

Granddaughter is 12....however she ways 111 and zips arounf the House on a hover board....would she be able to join the group.

Are there any exceptions to the minimum age/weight? My 11 year old daughter is only 60lbs, but very athletic and coordinated.
