It was great ordered for me and my hubby on Groupon, got a same day appointment. They accommodated everything we wanted for our first massage. They were friendly, and welcoming. So nice gave us complimentary glass of wine. There was no wait time. Everything was perfect couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were very professional. Great first time experience. The massage was firm but gentle at the same time. My skin felt so good after. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Terrible Customer Service Hallendale Beach

After coming here for 3 months and spending over $1,500 there was a misunderstanding and the receptionist lost us as clients. We made an appointment when we were running late we called and they said it's ok still come after we arrived 12 min late we were told we had to reschedule. I drove 3 hours after work to get here and we were well known given how much time and money we spent here.

The sad part is my therapist was great but after being yelled at by a receptionist I would never return.

Again, as I have apologized to you before, in person, over the phone and through responses to your comments that you have left on multiple sights. It is very sad and unfair that after catering to you over the recent months you insist on running this smear campaign in an effort to discredit and hurt our small business, representing 2 different profiles, even though you are the same person writing. You are very unreasonable with your requests for us to "offer you more". You were more than 1 hour late for your 1 hour session and when I tried to explain to you that the therapist you loved so much and requested stayed and waited almost 2 1/2 hours past her shift for you and simply could not wait anymore, your response was "that is not my business". However, respoect goes both ways. Since you were more than 1 hour late for your session, we simply asked you to reschedule for any other time. We did not penalize you in any way. Even though you were habitually late and we accomodate you without any kind of penalty, 1 hour late is just unacceptable. I do not know any business at all that would ok that behaviour. We even offered you free aromatherapy and parrafin treatments along with your session that we discounted 30%, just because we value you as clients but that does not satisfy you. Again, we sincerely, did our best to accomodate you and are sorry we could not reach an amicable solution in this matter. All the best to you

Lost Long Term Customers.

After being loyal customers for months when they first opened, had an issue with being late and decided to cancel our whole appointment without offering anything back. Conclusion, there was an issue, no effort was made to PLEASE THE CUSTOMER, which is MAIN PRIORITY. Our main therapist is amazing and it is horrible that she has to lose clients because of a business that is ran down from a receptionist who can't stay in contact with her customers. Tried multiple times to make it better, and she stood her ground saying they are not wrong, as well as telling them they lost a customer, and getting the reply back "PEACE" in a text message. How is that respectful? That message alone should be something they need to apologize for.

YOU DONT RAISE YOUR VOICE TO A CUSTOMER, YOU DON'T MESS UP A BUSINESSES REPUTATION WHEN YOU ARE THE RECEPTIONIST.

Very nice couples massage

The massage was excellent! We had to wait over 30 mins to begin because they were delayed by a late client. The manager apologized over and over and said she was going to make it a policy that if the client is late, they just lose that portion of time rather than making others wait. Good thinking.

I had an appointment this morning. I like this place. The guy at the front desk is very courteous and welcoming. The masseuse (I think her name is Camille) gave me a hot stone massage with medium pressure. It was very relaxing & soothing. She was very sweet and made sure I'm comfortable. I purchased a livingsocial deal. They honored it and didn't charge anything extra (tax or gratuity). There's plenty of free parking because they're located inside of a plaza. The location is convenient.

the worst experince!

I'd be surprised if my massage therapist was licensed! Nice lady but No clue! no technique, no idea of anatomy, no idea of strokes, no idea of draping correctly. Pushed away from the heart against venous flow. Kept breaking the stroke before finishing the muscle.
I almost left not long in to it but stuck it through! The smell of hair perming chemicals was so off putting. Though there are different girls who might be better, the whole place is awful - table headrest broken,, smelled bad, dingy room. I won't go back here. I don't know how someone who speaks little English would know the origins and insertions of the muscles to be able to sit the exam??!!! Awful!!!!

Firstly, I would like to apologize to you that your session was less than what you expected. We do go above and beyond to satisfy our customers since it our goal to ensure that every customer leaves satisfied and and feeling there best. Please understand that it is state and local law that every Massage Therapist be licensed and therefore; during, before and after your session every therapist including the one you got, has their license displayed publicly, on the wall for everyone to see. As a matter of fact the Therapist you had has more that 6 licences, which includes, massage therapy, aesthetics, prenatal... and after her serving more 500 customers, we have never had a complaint about her until now and actually there are many people who returns requesting her ONLY. Not dismissing your report but every customer is told at the point of check in to "Speak Up" if anything, or any reason makes them uncomfortable and signs a clear agreement promising that will SPEAK UP. We highly discourage maintaining 60 minutes of session that you are uncomfortable with. Again I am sorry for your experience and wish you the best of health.

What a joke
The worst massage I ever had. And when I complained to management they said it was my fault and in the good the 2 weeks the massage therapist worked for them they haven't had any complaints. ...2 weeks and they blame me. Don't waste your time and money

Firstly let me apologize that you did not get the service you expected. We really pride ourselves on having over 94% satisfaction rate from approximately 200 guests that has reviewed us online. In general, every massage does not suit everyone because we all have different tastes. That is why we invited you to experience a session with a different Therapist who has over 23yrs of experience and with the highest regional satisfaction rate. It's unfortunate though when people use these forums to say say give me a "free massage" or I will post a bad review because that is not the intention of these mediums. We do wish you all the best in your health and life endeavors.

What I can tell you based on experience is that this is a good company. The service is really good and they will absolutely honor your groupon voucher. I bought 2 other couples vouchers as gifts for family and friends and they were able to book easily without bias or anything, so was I. I really think that some people are just mean spirited. I would definitely recommend you try them, even though there studio is small, the service is good.

Do not honor reservations!!

bought a groupon package for Valentine's Day for my husband and I.
Finally got a reservation for today Sunday at 8:30pm. When arrived, the place closed. Called the phone number and a guy named Al (who booked my reservation in the first place) told me that they made a mistake and we didn't have a booking.
We found out they rebooked for a couple without groupon. Oh and they said they didn't have availability until March 15th!!!!
Reporting this to groupon first thing tomorrow morning!

Responding to your review was very difficult because your review has untruth and is so slanderous. Our store has sold almost 1000 groupon vouchers and almost 90% of those have been used by customers so to say we do no honor vouchers is flat out lie. You changed your appointment date multiple times and the day you did show up for your session we did not have you scheduled. As we told you then, All the Therapists were present but we could not accommodate you at the time because they were all in session. We offered you many different dates which you refused because you said they do not suit your husband which we understand. However, we cannot just throw out someone else's appointment that has been booked and confirmed in order to make last minute accommodations. In cases like this both the company and the client have to meet each other half way or there can be no resolution.
