We homeschool our girls and we were in town on vacation. One morning as it was raining, we decided to have a school day and go here. Well worth the small price and a fun learning experience for all of us.

We had visited an awesome science center in Oregon last year, so the kids were really excited about going to see this one, but they ended up being really disappointed. Most of the displays involved a lot of reading and not much hands on participation...More

We went to the science of beer hosted by local Grayton Brewery and had a great time. It's nice that they try to host events for adults sometimes.

This science museum will delight kids with its hands-on activities. There was plenty to do in the 90 minutes that we were there. Plus there's a playground in the park next to the museum so there's a place to get the kids' energy out.
