Even with lots of parking, it still fills up on hot summer weekend days. Good selection of restaurants and bars.

Lots of shops and restaurants, something for everyone. Great kids play area, beach, etc. It was a bit cold in March, and not everything was open, but I imagine during peak season, this place is awesome!

We stopped by for a short visit. It was out of season and not everything was open. We enjoyed the beautiful beach views though! The kids played on the beach playground while a few of the adults explored the shops. It looked like it would...More

Unfortunately I compare all ocean boardwalks to the amazing one we visited some years ago in Ocean City, MD. This one pales in comparison. It is just a jumbled collection of several souvenir shops and restaurants. There are some great views and of course, the...More

Inexpensive walk on the pier, drinks at the boardwalk bar, a game or two of bull ring toss and a sprimp po-boy! Doesn't get any more relaxed and enjoyable than that.

There wasn't many shops or restaurants here. And its not the place to be if it rains because rain comes in from everywhere, not the best design at all, makes it difficult to stay dry.

There's always live music on tje weekends during tourist season, and on Wednesday nights there is a movie showing on the beach behind Al's Burger Bar. This place is a FWB tourist Mecca.

We stopped to shop and explore. We ate at the crabtrap located in the boardwalk. We shopped at some of the stores and bought some touristy beach stuff. Its also right beside of the Gulfarium and the Fort Walton Pier! Great location.

Perdido Key is about 2 hours west of Okaloosa Island. Perdido Key is even west of Pensacola, only a mile or so from the Alabama line, just across the water from Orange Beach, AL.
