We took our family of 13 there, kids aged 5-15, plus 4 adults and 2 "seniors" over 65. Everyone had an amazing time and no one got bored! There is plenty to do for all ages and you are welcome to bring anything you want in terms of food, sand toys, snorkles, etc. There are only a handful of people scheduled at a time (it was us, plus 3 other couples), so there is no waiting for equipment and no time limits. I was worried we would get bored after a few hours and be stuck on the island, but we were actually bummed when it was time to leave! My one complaint is that the website said that lunch included subs and fruit, and there was no fruit, only subs and cookies. Luckily, we brought plenty of snacks and included fruit in the cooler. I recommend bringing extra snacks and drinks since you are active all day and the kids get "snacky".
