- David AGainesville, Georgia3 contributionsGreat beach to just be yourselfI get to Florida about 3-4 times a year and I plan my trips so I can visit Blind Creek Beach as many days possible. My first few experiences I was nervous as I think most people are. Even though I definitely don’t have that beach body this beach and the people make it very comfortable. There is no judgment going on, just people enjoying a great beach. There is no more anxiety for me now, just enjoyment. The beach is clean, I do occasionally see locals cleaning up the beach on their own. Today 10/22/23 I noticed the parking lot could use more trash cans as they were overflowing near the end of the day. (If the cans are full you should pack out your own trash) The people at this beach are friendly, I generally just keep to myself especially as a solo male but going for a walk or sitting around a lot of people say hello or smile. Just so everyone knows not all single solo men are creepers as some of the comments say. That said, there are definitely some. There was one guy today wearing teal textiles that was a bit unsavory and I definitely wasn’t the only one to notice. I wasn’t even comfortable leaving my stuff when going for a walk because of this guy, but like anywhere just be aware of your surroundings. I’ve read a few comments about possible bathroom and parking lot upgrades. This would be a very welcome addition as I usually end up going either north or south to go rinse off at the end of the day. As someone who visits from out of state, I would be happy to even pay $5 for parking to help pay for improvements. Bit long winded but this really is a great place.Visited October 2023Traveled soloWritten October 22, 2023
- country194476 contributionsBathrooms? Not exactly a review but I certainly enjoyed my visit. I see when researching Blind Creek that the county is going to install bathrooms and pave parking lot. Haven't seen anything recently but was wondering how construction is advancing.Visited March 2023Traveled soloWritten November 27, 2023
- GailGermanyArlington, Massachusetts261 contributionsOne of the few official clothing optional beaches around. There is ample parking necessary in season. The entrance is at the end of a path, much like some Cape Cod beaches. There are only buildings in the distance. It tends to separate into heterosexuals on the right and homosexuals on the left. At times there are some unusual people there just looking around. Because it is a clothing optional beach there are those who feel really uninhibited. I would recommend staying near the main groups.Visited January 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten January 28, 2024
- tom cBeaufort, South Carolina11 contributionsGreat place to in the buff…My wife and were first timers and couldn’t have asked for a better place to try it out. The beach was great, the water was beautiful and no one invaded our space. You could tell others knew one another, but we were visiting from another state. We’ll definitely be back.Visited July 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten July 20, 2024
- AndrewM1 contributionSunrise buns outWent out to catch the sunrise. What an awesome experience to be totally natural and watch the sun come up and I was the only person there. I do not understand the negative reviews about this not being 'family friendly.' There are plenty of signs indicating the type of beach. People are friendly, not intrusive and I left totally confident talking a mile long walk down the beach.Visited September 2023Traveled soloWritten August 6, 2024
- Floyd12 contributionsBeautiful beach. Not crowded and free working. We visited three times on weekdays in August and there was ample parking and the beach was not crowded. It is a beautiful long sandy beach far from homes and hotels, so there is plenty of room to swim, walk and relax. If you're coming from the North, grab a pizza at The Pie Hole just up the beach, or some great street tacos at Taco Dive just off the island.Visited August 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten September 5, 2024

Our first visit to Blind Creek was wonderful. We had always heard good things, but wanted to check it out for ourselves. Quite the contrast to Haulover - - less crowded, beautifully serene, equally relaxing. Currently no official signage, showers, vendors or restrooms (other than portapotties), but much of that is likely to change for the better if the beach receives its official vote of designation next month. We can't wait to return and definitely will be!

My husband and I had a very enjoyable day being natural at the beach. Personally I find bathing suits so uncomfortable. We went just this past week on a Tuesday and found it to be very crowded. We had been to Playa Linda quite a bit and found that this beach had an easier access more women and couples.

Very nice nude beach but unfortunately around the end of the day, all the single men creepers came out. In the afternoon it was perfect, mostly couples just trying to relax and enjoy the beach and a few singles tanning and keeping to themselves. Things changed as the evening approached though. A lot of single guys showed up. A lot of them without even a towel or anything just in regular clothes. My girl and I were followed 2 different times by single men. We were posted up on the hill down on the south side of the beach, as soon as we got up to go on the ocean a man with his bathing suit on about 100 yards away jumped up as well and came all the way to where we were to swim right next to us even though we were the only 2 in the water. It was extremely annoying. It happened a second time with a different man, naked this time, who as soon as we got back in the water, he walked over and stood right in front of our stuff and just watched us swim. We were in the water about 20 minutes and he didn't move. He made my girl really uncomfortable so I had to get out of the water, grab a towel, and walk her out of the ocean. He totally killed the vibe so she wanted to leave immediately. He followed us to the parking lot and just stood next to his car watching us as we packed up. We were having such a nice day until it got later and all the gawkers came out. Almost wish there was a lifeguard type person who also kept an eye out for people like these guys. We will definitely be back but only in the morning and early afternoon. It's really unfortunate that people can be mature adults and just respect the beach in the beach goers. I don't want to make a scene, but next time I'm going to start calling people out. Hopefully other couples like ourselves will have my back and try to keep the sanctity of the beach alive.

My wife and I venture to the area and Blind Creek Beach once a year from Northwest U.S.A. We are in our 50's and very easy to look at. The beach & water are very clean, parking is free but no bathrooms. Everyone we have met were friendly and respectful. We are both behavioral scientists that have been to many au natural venues around the world and here is a bit of information we do not see posted about BCB anywhere. The left side of the beach is mostly single gay men with some lesbian women. The right side is mostly male & female straight couples. It is a bit annoying seeing the same single men constantly parading the beach back and forth all day/week long. We say to each his or her own and neither she nor I take offence to naked men or women but c'mon guys, it really is sad on many levels. 95% of you don't have the body or the goods be strutting around like a peacock on a catwalk, even if you did, it is very off-putting. Your parading and looking around has obvious undertones that are telling and concerning. It is not just my wife and I, 95% of the people we meet on the beach notice and find it odd, have some self-respect. If it were the female Swedish volleyball team parading back and forth we would feel the same way. Weekends get extremely busy so get there early on weekends. All in all, it is a great beach that we recommend and we will continue to go here, just be prepared for the aforementioned. These are our observations/finding, good, bad or ugly, you be the judge for yourself. Relax, get naked and unwind.

Nice little beach. No bathrooms right now so plan ahead. good crowd when we went but nothing too bad. from the times i have gone Most people here take advantage of the clothing optional and are au naturel. the last time we went, there was maybe 200 people and did not see anyone with any clothing on other than maybe a hat, young and old alike. the last time we were here there were Lots of couples. a few singles and a few families with children. My wife and i come here with our children every few months. as they also like to be able to play in the sand and surf the waves clothes free. Never have any issues with gawkers or anything. Everyone keeps to them selves. We recommend this beach for all ages, And really you should not expect anything different here than any other beach in the area except it being clothes optional.

We have been to a few nude beaches, but these were our first visits to Blind Creek Beach. We were there on Wednesday January 25, and again on Sunday January 29. Both days were sunny with a high temperature around 80. The parking area was near capacity on both days, we arrived around 1:00PM. Both days there were a few hundred people on the beach. The occupied area was approximately one mile in length. The texture of the sand is soft and fine, so expect some blowing sand if it is windy. There is a good slope to the beach, with the flatter area being near the top. On Wednesday the water was weed free, on Sunday there was a small amount of sea weed rolling ashore. Both days had significant wave action with few people going into the water. On Wednesday the population was approximately 60% male 40% female, on Sunday there was a higher percentage of male visitors. Wednesday average age was in the their 50's, Sunday's crowd average age appeared in early 40's. There are porta-potties in the parking lot. I would recommend arriving early because of the parking and the sun angle. In the afternoon if you are looking for the perfect tan you are looking into the dune grass, I rather look at the ocean. If you are in the Fort Pierce area you need to visit this beach! We were vacationing in area and spent about 2 hours each day.

Already have enjoyed being at Haulover Beach and Playlinda Beach several times. Found the more secluded segment of Blind Creek Beach (North BC Beach Parking Area by the Boat Ramp & Bridge) and My Wife and I discovered a long stretch of Beach, with very few Beach Goers in Our vicinity. It was a Wednesday afternoon, so it made for a most enjoyable Naturist Day in the Sun & Surf. Only a small Group of fun-loving College Students showed up to dig a huge couple of holes, near the incoming ocean water. This made the experience even more enjoyable as they really appeared to be enjoying themselves in their fun endeavor. Made My Wife and I feel like the College Professor Couple that brought their Students out for an incredible Day of Naturist Freedom in the Sun, Sand & Surf!! North Blind Creek Beach has definitely become Our favorite Naturist Beach in Florida!!!

Have gone to blind creek On many occasions as a family with kids. And we all of course go nude. Not only does it feel natural and comfortable to do so, But everyone else is nude, so there is nothing to be ashamed of. The kids prefer it anyway - take to it like ducks to water. No wet suits or any of that nonsense. Get to the beach, strip, and pull on a pair of shorts when it’s time to leave, best way to get dressed when done at the beach, (especially with little kids) is right on the beach, instead of some gross, tight changing stall, or sitting in wet and sandy swim wear till you get home.
Kids that go to beaches like this, grow up with much more confidence in there bodies as well. So its and all around great place to go. I have never seen anything at blind creek that would make we not want to take my kids. Besides kids dont pay attention to what other people are doing anyway, they just play in the sand and water and have a fun day.

Prehistoric view on the beach as if man has not come before. Nothing man made can be seen in either direction As if dinosaurs will be coming out of the woods. I’ve never been to any place up here before. Just a warning; If you are a sensitive you will have an experience.

This was our first time at a nude beach and we cannot wait to go back. We went mid afternoon on Friday and it was not crowded. We didn’t see many creepy guys which was nice as my wife felt safe. We went back on Saturday and it was packed. I loved that everyone is welcome there. There were all sizes, shapes, and ages. If you haven’t been to a nude beach but have wanted to experience it, give it a try. It is the most free I have ever felt.

I wasn't bothered at all on this beach like I have been on others. Everyone kept to themselves. I was able to find a spot with lots of space to be alone. After a while a young lady set up close to me though but we only said hello to each other. It seemed like the further you got from the entrance the more space you had.

Is the entire beach clothing optional, or are there only certain sections that are clothing optional.?
Written March 26, 2023
From what I could see the entire beach was clothing optional. I had heard that Gays and Lesbians would usually be to the left of the entrance but I saw a few of them mixed in with everyone else. Everyone seemed to mind their own business.

My wife makes me wear a chastity device when we go to Haulover. It’s never a problem there so will it be okay at Blind Creek?
Written August 11, 2022
Totally fine wearing a chastity device. I believe we saw one guy wearing one as he was walking along the water with his significant other, and it seemed totally fine and no one cared that we would tell. Let me know if you get to Blind Creek and if you felt comfortable wearing it. Be good for my husband and I to know. Thanks!

new to the area! read lots of good things about this beach. Would locals be welcoming and ok with my wife and I taking 2 well behaved young children here? they have been to other clothing optional beaches, so that is no big deal to them or us. Wasnt sure if others take there children here, so wanted to check first.
Written May 20, 2022
I went to another beach that was clothing optional and there were onlookers that came out fully clothed with small children. I thought that was a bit odd.
Written July 29, 2024
Last time I was there there were no bathrooms in the clothing optional section. What is the current status? My families favorite beach but we cannot go if there are no functional bathroom facilities. Porta potties are fine. Just need something.

Is the northern part of Blind Creek Beach near the boat ramp also clothing optional?
Written August 16, 2020
Hi Jim, I am not familiar with the boat ramp, but I would guess that if it is a public boat ramp then families and children would be present and C/O would not be allowed. I would say launch your boat, get on the water and then do what ever you desire.
